Christopher F. and Tommy P. did an outstanding job repairing a broken PVC adapter head with a brass compression fitting. This was no easy task since they had to dig 2-3 feet to get to the pipe. We recently updated our front landscape and even though they had to dig in that area to get to the leak they made sure the landscaping was placed back. This included removing and replanting my rose bush! I will reuse Mr. Plumber again for all future services.

We scheduled a water test and Branden came out to do the water test at home. He was very professional and explained every process to me. I was shocked to see what is in our water. I was educated on what options were available to help resolve the issue. A few days later Brandens supervisor called to follow up and I purchased the best option for our family. Was given a prompt install date that fit to my schedule.
On the day of install Jason from Mr Plumber arrived on time. He reviewed the site the equipment was being installed and did a fantastic job. The new lines he installed are so perfectly done I was amazed. We are loving our new system. The technology is worth every $$ and I would highly recommend Coolray and Mr Plumber to anyone who has hard water in the home. From start to finish fantastic experience!

I'm a long term CoolRay HVAC contract customer & know they own Mr. Plumber. Michael was a great plumber & did a great job. The workmanship on the new water heater & components looks excellent in every regard. Also the repair to shower valve was done well also. He was very pleasant & personable too. From the early morning phone call to the same day service earlier than scheduled the whole experience was great!

We redid the flooring in our master bedroom and bath and decided to replace the toilet. Mr. Plumber came out and removed the old one, and then returned after the new flooring was complete to install the new one. The flooring installation people had created a bit of a problem, but Jason quickly resolved the issue and got the toilet installed. It looks great!

Mr Plumber was at my house within 12 hours of my hot water breaking. The Technician was super friendly and professional. I've used Mr. Plumber twice and they have been awesome to work with. Both times they have been able to fix the issue by thinking outside the box and without extra expense. Allen Craven, Adam Gentry, Jose and Lee took excellent care of us. The services and products were reasonably priced, the workmanship was excellent, and the customer service exceptional. Highly recommend these guys for anything you need done. They replumbed our entire house to bring it up to code, installed a bath/shower unit, and will be replacing our water heater. They kept our house clean and damage to a minimum. They were very efficient and courteous. We are very satisfied customers.
