We've been using Willie Saul & Son Plumbing for years and have always been pleased with their results, workmanship and customer service.

Do not look for them to go "beyond the call" or stand behind their work. Had issue less than a month after service and they refused to offer a satisfactory remedy. Not a customer-centric company. I advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Rodney and the guys at Willie Saul were amazing to work with. Good, honest people with great communication. We had them do a big job at our new house and they completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. We highly recommend them and will be using them for any future plumbing needs.

Nothing at all to complain about! I called at 7AM after our water heater rusted out and was pouring out water. They called back at 8AM to say they were on the way! They replaced the water heater and a couple of bad valves. They were very, very good! Price was reasonable. Great service! Very professional! They clearly new what they were doing!

I almost hate to write a great review for them because I don't want them to be too busy to help me out when I need it. Seriously though, they've been great to work with. Very reasonable pricing, and TRUSTWORTHY. I've never had them try anything shady or even remotely suggest I needed something that I didn't (in fact, I was thinking of redoing some things with my water heater and they told me I really didn't need to do it).

I have had to call them a few times and every single time they've been 100% polite and helpful. I would recommend them to my own mother if she was local. Anyway, I hardly ever leave reviews, but they deserve a great review and I hope it helps others when they're trying to decide who to call.

Awesome company! Came did an amazing job unclogging the situation very curtious! Even put on those white caps at the bottom of the toilet that the maintenance in the complex told me he could not do. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone for their plumbing needs! Kudos to you and your staff A++ from the phone service to the men who come to do the service calls!
