I called Hall Well & Plumbing today for a water heater leak at my Salon. without water we can't do business. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They had our issue fixed and a new water heater installed in no time! We are extremely thankful for their assistance and quick response which let us continue operations as normal! I'd give them more than 5 stars and will highly recommend them to everyone!

They were absolutely FANTASTIC! My water just stopped working out of the blue, I called the water company, they came and checked, it wasn't the meter, but it sure was spinning, so I called Hall, and they were there in about an hour and found my pipe had a hole in it, they fixed me right up! Didn't take long, they were really nice and the price was so much better than I expected! I hope I don't need them, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to call them! Great guys who really know what they are doing! Totally recommend!

Critical: Professionalism When called treated rude try twice to fix problem and still clogging g up. Seen twice charged twice.and still having problems. Should be first priority but get we will get to you when we can. Services: Repair pipe, Repair sewer

Critical: Value Be warned, its $101.00 for them to even pull in your driveway. Even if you changed your mind or fixed it yourself. Techs were fine to deal with but feels like a scam all day long. I realized I called them by mistake instead of hall well drilling they still demanded 101 bucks

Critical: Punctuality, Responsiveness Good luck getting them to show up. They say they're coming, then never do.

Great folks! Great service! They have always treated me right. I'm very thankful for these folks.

Make sure you calculate how far away their shop is from you. They charge the same $95/hr rate for drive time as they do for actual labor. They don't tell you that up front. Otherwise, they do good work.

Call me ignorant but I didn't know we would be charged a $95 fee for drive time from Reidsville to Greensboro. This is something we should've been told upfront. Our bill was $156 and he was here from about 11:10 until 11:45 approximately. When we called to ask about them coming out to check a leak we were told they are about 95/96$ an hour. A significant cost for drive time should have been mentioned!

We're not talking about $20/$40 bucks, but early $100! The break down of our bill was $3.50 for parts- which looks like just the blue plumbers tape- that's the only difference we see, labor $142.50 and of course tax. Total $155.86- We are hopeful it's indeed repaired and we won't have issues. Again information up front would be highly recommended. We will not be repeat customers.

Easter Saturday and my well pump failed. Called about 10 Monday morning and had running water by 3:00 that afternoon. Excellent service, honest fees and the best of all, they had the parts they needed on the truck. Top Notch Professionalism. - D. Branch, Reidsville, NC
