Ciriello Plumbing Co

A couple months ago this company came out to disconnect and reconnect stove and detected and fixed leak from dishwasher. Upon completion I was satisfied and even happy with the work and price which was just under 300. 2 months later they sent another bill for just over 300. I thought it was a duplicate so I called and they said they were 2 different invoices for 2 different jobs.

I decided to pay without much of a fight. Cause at this point it wasn't worth the hassle. In total I paid 600 for less than an hour of work. I am aware of how the hourly works. Bit if you're work hard for your money you know why this is unexceptable. This company should be named Disney. Cause it's definitely a Micky Mouse organization. Buyer beware! Please don't get cheated like I did.

I would highly recommend Ciriello Plumbing! They installed a laundry tub/sink in our garage and a Grundfos Comfort System to provide faster hot water to our master bathroom and the entire process was outstanding! From a quick quote to a timely service call, everything was professionally done and exceeded our expectations. Corey Webber was fast, efficient, and professional throughout the installation and we love the end result!

I had Jake Benedict install a new shower system last year. It was easy to hire because Ciriello has office staff that answer the phone, answer questions, and make arrangements for plumbing work. No phone tag! They give a 4-hour window of plumber arrival time but phone ahead when the plumber is on the way. Jake was prompt, polite and professional. He did the installation quickly, and efficiently.

The cost was very fair. When our kitchen sink drain had a leak, I phoned Ciriello again and requested Jake specifically. Once again he did a great job and left everything clean and dry!

They arrived on time, completed the work quickly, and were very professional! Great price also! Would highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work. I had contacted another plumber about a water heater and was quoted a VERY high price. I'd used Ciriello before, and I honestly don't know why I didn't call them first. They came out and gave me a quote that was almost HALF what the other company wanted. I hired them on the spot. Don't use another plumber. Professional. Respectful. Quality work.

6 year old clogged up the toilet with wet wipes. The clog couldn't be cleared despite my best efforts. The first plumber I called wasn't going to be able to make it out until the following Monday. Ciriello's was able to get a plumber out that day. Ultimately the toilet had to be pulled, cleared and re-seated. $385 later the clog was cleared. I wasn't happy about spending close to four hundred dollars but I was happy to have a working toilet again. The 6 year old has assured me no more wet wipes will be going into the toilet.

Mike had to work around 3 movers as we were moving to a new place. He's one of the most patient and pleasant people I've ever met. Also very informative. You're lucky to have him on your team. THANKS CIRIELLO! Sincerely Larry Doone

The lady on the phone was so delightful and professional. She was able to schedule a technician to come to our home the following day, even though it was nearly 5:00 when I called. Eric was our technician such a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. He worked efficiently and was able to take care of the clog we had been trying to rectify ourselves. As he worked, we chatted.

As it turned out, he grew up just down the street from us! When Eric had our pipes free and clear again, he packed up his equipment, wiped up the floor of the cabinet and the floor outside the cabinet. We are very pleased with the service and personnel of Ciriello Plumbing and will call them should we ever need plumbing service again. Great job, Ciriello!

Normally I would have replaced my faucet myself but the connection were old and corroded and I knew I would make a mess and a potential disaster if I did it myself. I have used Ciriello plumbing in the past and always have had great results so I didn't hesitate to call them to get my kitchen sink back in shape. Excellent work is what I expected and received. Very friendly company to do business with and will continue to do so in the future.

They were very professional. the plumber they sent out informed me of all the items he checked. He even inspected the entire crawl space for any other problems and then reported back to me. He keep me in the loop with every step. He addressed all my concerns, including my need for cleanliness. He cleaned up after himself and left my property spotless. Eric found leak, shut off water to the line so we can use house water and wait for business hours repair. Was very nice. Phone folks are always nice and helpful ant guy who came for tenant disposal also very nice. Thank you.

Cassie and Eric were both very knowledgeable, friendly, and informative. They showed empathy for the fact that we had no running water for 4 days. (The landlord said Monday was the soonest you could come out). I couldn't be happier with the service we received and they fully cleaned up their mess. A++++++++. Devon was very nice and professional and was sure to explain the process as he worked to clear the sewer. He wasn't presented with an easy job as the sewer was full of tree roots but he was diligent in his work to make sure it was done right. He was able to fix the issue with sewer. Patrick was wonderful with my senior mother. Installed new cartridges in the shower handles and adjusted them so my mother could easily turn both showers on.
