Our water heater was 13 yrs. old. Time to replace it was having issues. I called them on a Monday afternoon and a new water heater was installed on Wednesday. The guy was so polite and there was no clean up after he left. Very pleased customer. Thank you.

Want to give a shout out to Eric In service for prompt response and caring to send someone promptly to our home for a gas leak.

BRS Mechanical will be my go to guys for plumbing needs in the future. I had a leaking shut-off valve. I called them early in the morning and they had a guy here that afternoon. They got my problem solved in just a few minutes, and at a fair price.

Poor customer service. Phil was unfriendly and unprofessional. I had a warranty issue on a leaking bathtub in a new house, and not only did BRS not fix the leak or honor the warranty, but they also said that they contacted the bathtub manufacturer to check on a material warranty and were denied by the manufacturer. I called the manufacturer the next day, and they sent me a replacement tub. They are the worst plumber that I have ever used. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I recommend NOT hiring services from BRS Mechanical because of the company's negligence due to one of there drivers almost running off the road today! I immediately called the company and they did nothing but make excuses for driver! Clearly, if their company drivers have no respect for human life on the road, I wouldn't trust them to come to my home, or hire them for any of they're services. Evidently, the company and drivers have no respect for human life on the road, I wouldn't trust them to fix anything professionally of mine! This company obviously lacks integrity, compassion and accountability for there employees actions! I also reported this to the police and BBB! DON'T TRUST THEM!

First heat pump was installed nearly directly in front of sliding glass door. Lines were ran carelessly, not at all neat and clean. Had them come back to relocate heat pump and fix lines. Even worse now, lines are draped out from furnace about 6ft to floor joist. Just plain careless. Not to mention one of the workers (I'm assuming the lead man of the 2) was rude, acted as though we were inconveniencing him, both times they were here. Of all the contractors we have had on site this one has been the most troublesome.

I called to have someone come in to replace our water softener, and the person that answered the phone said that they would have "Phil" call me to set up an appointment. I said we were trying to get it done as quickly as possible and she said that he would call me back. I waited all day and did not get a phone call. This morning I called Carl Colbert Plumbing and he worked us in between two other jobs and installed a new softener, and I have arranged for some other work to be done at a later date.

I still had not received a call back from BRS, so I called them back and said that I was disappointed that they never called me back. She did not seem concerned at all. I would not recommend BRS for any plumbing needs.
