Kitchen sink was backed up. Called on a Saturday and they came out the same day. Rick was professional, friendly and very helpful. He happily spoke with my home warranty company allowing me to be reimbursed for the entire job minus my deductible. He cleaned up after he finished and did tests to show the line was successfully cleared. Very impressed with their work and would recommend.

Only drawback was the person I spoke with to schedule the appointment quoted me "Starting at $99 dollars to snake the sink." My sink isn't on the main line so it cost more to snake an indirect line. Understood, but still reasonable at $262. Again, would highly recommend this company. Was pleased with Rick's job.

They had a $99 special for cleaning the sewer line. Was a difficult job because I have no cleanout port but the plumber was tenacious and got it done. They did not try to upcharge me, so I am very satisfied. Service: Sewer cleaning

Spent $22,000 to have 2 furnaces and 2 ac units replaced in my house. They were the cheaper option by a few thousand dollars. Installation took a few days, and then they rushed out before walking me through the final work. Huge read flag. When I went to look, one line set was haphazardly placed across plumbing and electrical, and the problematic line set which was a major driver for me replacing my systems wasn't touched.

They came back and moved the poorly placed line, but told me the problem line wasn't part of the scope, but for a few thousand dollars more they would take care of it. I was invoiced for 2 full replacements, but a full replacement doesn't necessarily mean a full replacement I guess. So, I'll have to hire someone else to take care of this now. When they came out to fix the line set they placed improperly I asked them to test the ACs so when summer came I would have a working AC.

They must have turned on the units, but not verified they were running. When It finally came time to turn on the AC this week one of the units didn't have power. They came out a 3rd time, and were able to identifiy the electrical hookup didn't have fuses. Told me I needed fuses, and my electrician should have taken care of that, and then left me without a running system.

My service was to unstop the main drain. It was not unstopped because the camera would not go past 40 feet. I don't care about a camera, I just needed my drain unclogged. I spent $79 and wasted a lot of time for nothing. This was a total tipoff, never again. The manager called and said this is not reflective of their company. My fee was reimbursed and I was offered other options. I am impressed with the updated actions from the management.

Dave was our plumber and he was pleasant and a very hard, diligent worker. He kept us up to date on situation as this took 2 full days and an hour on the 3rd day. Our final cost was within $100.00 of the estimate. No problem with this overage considering how out of date our entire house's plumbing system. We are extremely pleased with the service and the cost. We would highly recommend their services to anyone!

Critical: Value Guy came out and did nothing and was wanting to charge $865 to replace toliet. I'm like where do you get those kind of prices you can buy one for $200 at lowes. He said toliet was old and needed replaced not for that price! Service: Drain cleaning

The quote to fix two toilet flaps that leaked was $500 which was incredibly expensive considering that was equal to cost of replacement for entire toilet. Did not accept the bid. Be careful!
