Everette, came and did not fix or bring up to code the properties plumbing. My belief is that his modification violated the law, as he made a modification to the plumbing system without bringing the rest of the system up to code. I intend to file a complaint with the state of oregon and have already notified clackamas building code enforcement of his unpermitted hack job.
