We had a water leak in multiple locations in the home. I called MP plumbing and they had a technician there within an hour. The technician was courteous And completed the job quickly. He provided great information and wonderful service. We even got a $25 discount from the website. We were very happy with this company.

Ethan did an amazing job. Very professional. Quickly fixed the blockage and left everything clean. Have used MP Plumbing a couple of times and they always do a great job for a fair price.

Last review I wrote was when we used MP plumbing on a real estate transaction for a client. I was so impressed that I know I needed some plumbing fixes around my residence so gave MP a call. Thoroughly impressed with the plumber-Mike-. Just very happy to find a honest plumber who gets the job done at a reasonable price. Thought I needed to snake a drain and Mike showed me how to pull the stopper and fixed drain issue without need of snaking.

We also identified that the leak I was concerned about was from the appliance and not the plumbing. They also gave me $25 off for my first time utilizing their company. If your in need of any plumbing services this is the company I would call. If Mike's available you'll be in good hands but I bet they have other solid technicians to take care of your plumbing needs.

I called on a Wednesday morning for a non-urgent issue (suspected blockage in where my washing machine drains) and they sent a tech out that afternoon. Ethan diagnosed the problem and fixed it and I was up an running with laundry the same day. Very professional, competent and pleasant service. Thank you!

Great technician, did excellent work. Disappointed with pricing ie. Charging 3/4 hour extra for travel time when we are 10 min from shop.

I called MP Plumbing late on a Sunday afternoon to address an urgent issue. They were able to come right out and fix the problem. Highly qualified, professional, and reasonably priced, especially considering that it was over the weekend. I'd call them back again without question.

They're too high. The man they sent out charged $1000 to put clamps on the clamps on the pipe that were put on to replace the existing ones

I was having a small amount of leakage on the underside of the toilet after flushing. Michael came out on time and was polite and efficient. He wore a mask and used booties in the home. He took time to answer my questions (and give me some useful tips) and wasn't bothered with the fact I wanted to watch him work. Afterwards he went under the crawl space to verify no water was leaking through the seal.

Their prices were also much more reasonable than another company I contacted. I will update this review if needed, but I was impressed with the work. Thanks for the great service!

I had the plumber come out to repair my toilet. The plumber worked on it and when he left he said "it's fixed, I flushed it 5 times". I said great! About half an hour later I went in and it wasn't fixed at all - it was exactly as it was before. I called the company and the woman who answered the phone, who was not at all sympathetic, said that because he mentioned they might need a part as he came into the house (before he had even seen the toilet) they can't be held responsible.

I repeated that he said it was fixed when he left and it wasn't. She didn't care as he said as he entered it might need a part. I really feel that I was ripped off. But luckily there are many good plumbing companies in this area and I'll never have to use this one again!

I have called upon MB plumbing for many years since they did the plumbing for our basement remodel. I had a shower fixture that had steadily been growing hard to use; the diverter left a spray coming from the faucet and the lever was becoming stiff and hard to turn. I described the issue over the phone and Mike talked to me quite a bit to identify the maker for this fixture since there were no identifiers.

It had been replaced prior to our buying the home in 2006. He offered some options and he called some suppliers to try to identify a replacement. The appointment was set for the next workday- a Monday- Gene arrived promptly with replacement in hand. There was a glitch with the faucet diverter and he made a quick trip to a nearby supplier and returned with the piece needed. The fixture was in perfect working order in a very short time. MB has been in business for many years, and they are my go-to plumbing source.

Hot water in the tub ran in a steady stream and wouldn't turn off on a Sunday night before Labor Day. Most places closed for the holiday, but got a referral to MP, which has a plumber "on call" arrangement for emergencies. A plumber, Gene, was at our house within an hour, came up with a fix for the antiquated bath fixture, then -- because we were paying a two-hour minimum -- proceeded, cheerfully, to fix several other little plumbing problems around the house. The only "great" plumbing experience we've ever had.

My property management company uses this Plumbing Service and the gentlemen they sent out of repair our dish disposal was quick, kind, and respectful. He called about 40 minutes prior to let me know we was on his way and made short work of the task at hand. He also was kind to my pet which I thought was very nice. Would recommend if you have a very old disposal that's acting up.

Used their services to install a faucet a little over a year ago and they were fantastic. Recently I tried to get a water heater replaced so they were the first business I thought of. The employee Alyssa had me send pictures of the work site and the water heater, so I provided her with those images. Alyssa got back to me later that day saying they needed images of the serial number (which upon reviewing the images I had already provided).

I sent another image of the water heater, and Alyssa went radio silent. I sent a follow up email a few days later, and was again met with no response. I called George Morlan and they put me in touch with someone that day who could do the job two days later. Very disappointed because my family has used MP for years.

Nick Charriere from MP Plumbing recently did the plumbing on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He is so knowledgeable, professional, works well with other sub-contractors and knows the scope of all work needing to be completed. He communicated exceptionally well and went above and beyond. This is the best experience I have had with a plumbing company and we have encountered a few. I will only be using MP Plumbing for our plumbing needs.

This company came out to do work on a unit in an apartment and turned the water off in a 4 unit building without notifying residents! And when speaking with the talking head on the other end of the receiver to complain it had no concern or regard!

MP Plumbing Company will be my first call from now on. I found a significant leak coming from my faucet in the bathtub- after hours, of course. I called about 5 companies and left messages. One company couldn't get to me for 6 weeks and suggested I call MP. 1) They ANSWERED the phone! And the customer service was excellent! 2) They had a guy (Seth) out to my house within an hour.

I know this can't always happen in this industry so I was Very appreciative. 3) Seth was amazing! He was polite, listened, kept me informed of this issue and repair plan. My overall experience was kind, quick, clean, efficient, and fairly priced. Thank you, Seth and MP!

I called July 27, 2020 to have an estimate for completing a new bathroom. On Sept 3 after 13 emails, a site visit, and several phone calls, I was told they would definitely get a quote within 3 business days. After 4 days, I called and told it will likely be another week before they could provide a quote! They are missing several people this week and uncertain when they could get me a quote. This what I have been told since July! Another plumbing firm came out and provided a quote in 30 minutes.

I manage apartment building in SE. I have used MP plumbing for some of my vintage buildings I have worked for in the past. Their pricing was always equal to or cheaper than other bids I had done. Friendly staff. The true reason of this 5 Star Review was the amazing customer service I received on 12/01/2020. Called in because my property has an issue with a commercial water heater. Talking with the associate over the phone she grabbed all my information and realized for me that my machine may still be under warranty.

She referred me to one of their competitors who could probably do the work for little to no-cost, just to save the property money. 5 Star reviews goes to those who look out for others.

I rarely post reviews; in this case they came out within six hours of calling to fix a leaking water heater. The water heater was 16 years old and needed to be replaced; they gave a very competitive quote to replace it. After the work was done, their actual cost came in several hundred dollars under the quote. All of the people were great to work with.

We were having drainage issues with our washing machine. We called MP. They said they could have someone out the next day but we had to work so they worked with us and had Ryan come out on a day that we picked. Ryan did a fabulous job and fixed the issue. He also fixed a leaky faucet in our bathroom. He was knowledgeable, professional and understanding of our needs.

Where to start? I would like to say Thank you so much for the staff at MP Plumbing for the level of customer service that we received last night as well as today (on a Sunday) to help fix a large plumbing issue. Everything from the wonderful person that answered the phone last night after 9pm to Seth who called last night to make sure we were ok to wait until the morning.

We had been able to stop the water leak last night so that the staff at MP Plumbing could arrive in the morning to figure out what was going on. We received a call first thing in the morning from Race. He called to let us know that he was on his way. After arriving he exemplified amazing customer service. He made us feel like we were his most important customers.

After a brief inspection of the situation he quickly determined where the problem was and in a matter of no time Race had fixed the problem that we had had and he was on his way. This was the first time that I have ever had an emergency like this. I can say without question the MP Plumbing will be our plumbing contractor moving forward. In todays day and age it is hard to find companies like MP Plumbing. Thank you to everyone that helped us during this process. We look forward to being able to recommend you in the future. They are amazing, they helped install a new water heater on Saturday. They were quick and professional. I highly recommend this company. Got a water heater replaced within a few hours.

I called to have the kitchen drain cleared after I used the garbage disposal and had water spewing up. I was told it would be approximately 3 days before they could come but I received a call and Steve was here within 30 minutes. The job took 1 1/2 hours but all is well now.

I had someone come out to do some odd job plumbing problems, new faucet, new hose bib handle, pipes make a noise when the outside hose is turned on, etc. plumber picked and choosed what he wanted to do, never did hear why the pipes make noise. I showed him my bathroom faucet and how the drain doesn't drain very well, passed over that one. He did the easy ones, charged a lot and left. Did the bare minimum, didn't really care. Not sure if it was the company or that individual.

I called last Friday to book an appointment and was told i was scheduled for Tuesday "afternoon" and that the technician would call me when they were on their way. Around 330pm I called to check status and found out the person I'd talked to never set it up :(. The staff quickly found someone, sent them the photos i'd provided and he was here in 30min! On top of that he (Jordon) was Super Sweet, Courteous, Careful and Quick!

Very happy with the professional, honest, and quick service. Will use again for any problems in the future.

Last week, I had a huge puddle in the cabinet under my kitchen sink. Oddly enough, this was the first time I've needed a plumber in 14 years (knock on wood), and when I went looking for someone, I was shocked at what plumbing costs, and at how long the wait can be for someone to come out. Wowza! MP Plumbing's rates seem about the same as the other companies I called.

The wait at the first places I called was weeks (or longer) but one of them recommended MP Plumbing. Even with MP, the wait was a week. Joe from MP came out today, and I explained the "symptoms" of what was going on (water coming out of bottom of garbage disposal, but not the sides or the top or around the sink). He got to work super quickly to replace the garbage disposal.

While he was under the sink, he noticed something that the people who had the house before me hadn't done to code (anchoring the drain hose from the dishwasher to the underside of the sink by the faucets to keep water from a stopped up sink from draining into the dishwasher), and fixed it. The visit was $140 for the one hour, $60 for the time it took to drive from Clackamas to my place (argh, but I guess that time costs them, too), and the materials.

After Joe stopped the clock, he took the time to answer a couple questions about other plumbing problems I am saving for another time (mine was his last call of the day). Five stars because Joe was very courteous, obviously really knew what he was doing, and worked quickly. I feel confident that the problem has been solved. And if there are any issues, the work is guaranteed for a year.

They were the only company able to get someone out day-of for a plumbing emergency. We were referred to them by a friend working for another plumbing company. Michael was super helpful, nice, tolerant of our pain in the butt dogs, honest, kind to our kids, etc.

This is the third time I've used MP Plumbing over a 3 year period, for minor repairs on old plumbing or installing new plumbing fixtures. This time I had the pleasure of getting Joe R. as my plumber. Joe's work and customer service is solid - efficient, kind, knowledgeable, and kept me in the loop at each stage. I've always had great experience scheduling and the staff is very friendly. Their work is excellent quality and I absolutely recommend MP Plumbing and will continue to use them.

Why I really like MP Plumbing: been in business for many years; someone ACTUALLY answers the phone when you call; their crew are professional & experienced; their prices are so fair.seriously. No gimmicks, no nonsense, no kidding. Used them numerous times over the years, and have been pleased each and every time.

So the other evening (well actually some 5 months ago -- never actually "submitted" this review), I realize I have a burst/cracked water pipe under my house. NOT FUN! Called up another plumbing company and they were booked, so ended up finding the folks at MP. Torn on how to rate them. The good: They had someone come out to our house that evening. Plumber came out and was unable to do the work until next-day, but didn't charge us for coming out that night (was a minimum fee) nor were we contractually obligated to go with them. Plumber also said as our pipes are CPVC, they can become brittle easily, but when asked point-black about replumbing, stated might go another 10+ years before a break (so potential to up-sell was not exercised, which was awesome).

The bad: Apparently our house has apartment-sized water pipes, and therefore is not something they "stock". Next morning, got an appointment and same plumber came out (with needed supplies). While he was here, he eventually had to leave to go get some additional parts. (Hey, things come up -- but still not a "good" thing.). Pricing of materials was also quite high (although if its not materials they stock but rather have to source elsewhere, everyone wants to get their cut.) Finally, I was billed for 4-hours of labor, but I swear plumber was here for no more than 3-hours (start to finish), yet was again billed for a full 4-hours.

I didn't argue the point as I didn't actually time when the plumber arrived and when plumber left, and was ecstatic to turn my water back on. Bottom line: I should have denoted arrival and departure time. (Arguably they, and any other business that charges like that should as well and include it on the bill.) Would I use them again? Really unsure.

I like that they didn't try to upsell, and while plumbers clearly aren't cheap, seemed very expensive (and time intensive) for what was done relative to speaking with other folks with plumbing issues.

Ryan was awesome. My new faucet works great. He was fast, efficient and knowledgeable! And the price was right!

I hired MP to clean my 4,500 sq ft house drain pipes. The workmanship was warrantied. We went out of town and came back to a clogged drain pipe. I called they're office and was hung up on 3 times. All I wanted to do is have someone come that same day. They had 3 trucks on the same street that I live on. Then my wife called and asked for someone to be sent out.

They told her that we would have to pay for overtime to send someone over. Instead we asked for their service manager to call us back. The owner, Rick, called back. He listened to our complaints, but he refused to send someone over. After all these attempts, and Rick not even wanting to send someone over, I have to file my FIRST online complaint. DO NOT USE MP Plumbing!

These guys are AMAZING! We got three local quotes, these guys were the best and most knowledged. We'll never go anywhere else for our plumbing issues. Fast, friendly, and on spot.

Excellent work by this company. Happy to recommend. Quality all the way round by a professional plumber who knew what he was doing. He took care to do the job right in this high end condominium building. They succeeded where others had not.
