This place did the plumbing on my house- new construction, approximately 1 year old. Tried getting ahold of them about recent issue where water bubbles coming from the hot water so the water looks milky and gross and they totally ghosted me. Last I heard from them was well before Thanksgiving and it's now almost Christmas. Two stars instead of 1 because up until now the plumbing has been fine and I'm not trying to wreck someone's business or be too negative.
However I found my attempt at contacting them and being ignored to be highly unprofessional. This is an important issue with a project they did recently. The very last email I received from the guy said he was gonna check his schedule for next week and see what he had available. That would have been the week of Thanksgiving. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

Portland Plumbing Company is an amazing company. We had a broken pipe, that caused a lot of damage. They came out and fixed the pipe, and cleaned up the mess. Our home would have a lot more damage had they not fixed it. We are very pleased with the work, and will call them again if we have any kind of plumbing emergency.
