Diffley & Daughters Septic & Plumbing

Absolute positive experience. Contacted the office on an emergency basis due to gray water coming up from my soil. Sasha had someone dispatched right away to evaluate and assist. Even with their heavy schedule they where able to respond to my request for immediate assistance. I couldn't of been more satisfied with their speed, professionalism, and quality of work performed. Will certainly keep them as my go-to company for all my plumbing and septic needs.

Critical: Responsiveness I filled out their online request for a quote on pumping my septic tank. That was back on 12/21/2021. It's now 12/24/2021. Still nothing. Called a different company on Thursday December 23rd they came out on 12/24.

Excellent, fast service. Had an emergency at my house that needed immediate pump out and cleaning. They called me back within 10 minutes and were out to clean the septic within 2 hours same day on a Saturday. No other companies in my area were open. No extra emergency fee as well. Worker was knowledgeable about septic system and was able to fix our problem within an hour. I will be using them for bi annual cleaning from now on. Thank you for your help!

Diffley has been our septic pump out for several years. We have had nothing but great service from them. They are prompt and courteous and their drivers are always so nice.

Friendly staff answered the phone when I called to make an appointment a couple of weeks away. Due to an unforeseen issue with their truck this was delayed another week or so but they kept me informed and called as soon as the truck was back on the road and came the same day. The driver / pump operator was friendly and communicative and gave a report on the condition of my septic system - all in good working order. Cost was $250 for 1,000 gallons pumped.

Extremely disappointed with this company. Canceled twice the morning of both appointments to alert driver is having issues. Notified they have 1 driver during winter months. Seriously! I have all the compassion in the world for the injured driver. But what about compassion for the customers you service? The inconvenience caused them not once but twice. This is so not cool if you wish to run a REPUTABLE business. Not cool at all.

Called this morning due to an unforeseen plumbing emergency. We needed the septic pumped, asap. The woman on the phone said they were booked for two weeks out, but she was going to look into it for us. She called the driver who had appointments in our area and caught him right before he left our town. Are you serious? That's a blessing! Tom came fifteen minutes after the receptionist/secretary called back to say they could squeeze us in.

Very grateful for the accommodation and kindness! We really appreciate the extra effort made on the whole Diffley & Daughters team for us. Because of your accommodation, we were able to get our plumbing emergency squared away by the afternoon! Huge thank you to you all!

I just want to take a moment to say how pleased I am with this company. They have been doing regular maintenance on my home for the past 5 years, but a few days ago we had a back up in the middle of the night. I called them in the morning and they sent a technician immediately to take care of the problem. We were all set by 9AM! Thank you so much Diffley & Daughters for being so attentive to your customers!

Our septic tank was due for routine pumping and we selected Diffley & Daughters after an online search. The office staff was friendly and helpful over the phone, and the gentleman who came out to pump did an awesome job. We had just had some loam & reseeding done on our lawn the week before and our service technician was mindful and careful not to disturb those areas as he worked. The cost was reasonable and we will definitely call them again for future needs.

They responded within 5 minutes on a Sunday evening, and by noon the next day we were completely taken care of. The rep from the company was knowledgeable, and took care of the problem right away. No up-sell, no fatalism. Great people, and love the pink trucks!
