The Plumber Company

ZERO STARS. I am a young woman living alone. The Plumber Company stole $3,600 from me as a deposit back in November 2021 for an emergency job that was never scheduled or performed. Now they will not return the deposit, have blocked all my numbers and won't return any calls, emails or texts. I discovered that they are rated F on BBB for False Advertising, despite being listed as BBB approved on their website.

All of their listed locations are false offices, which I know because I tried to visit them. The owner is unreachable.except he does have a profile set up on a poker website. I now have to pursue legal action against them to get back the money I need to fix my plumbing. Sincerely, I urge you: PLEASE. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. "COMPANY."

The Plumber Company quickly assessed our hot water problem, proposed a solution and provided a reasonable estimate. We couldn't be more pleased with the workmanship, professionalism of the technicians and the result which was better than we anticipated. This company is our go to plumbing/heating company. They replaced a couple of water heaters for us in the past and today they installed a new furnace. We own a multi family home and emergencies come up. Anytime I've needed them to come on short notice they were able to accomodate me. I will always use them from now on. The guys are hard working and honest. Angel was here most of the day and he did a phenomenal job. He was very personable and on time. Thier prices are reasonable as well. I can't say enough good things about them.

I was called back in the same day with a rapid estimate between 200-250 dollars less than the two other companies and Angi only quoted the service with out the heater. Got an appt with in 5 days, they were on time, polite, professional and cleaned up the mess in a reasonable time. Service: Water heater installation

Excellent company and even better customer serviced. Saw a leak in my 5 yr old water heater 2/2/22 @ 9:00am. Spent about 1.5 hrs calling around, getting estimates. Not only did they have the best full estimate, Alexis also did all the leg work finding the warranty and supplier. No other company even offered to do that. Saving me hundreds. They did everything and were completely finished at my home by 1:30. Unbelievable service. Maybe a bad day very painless. Greatly appreciated Alexis and Angel. Top quality service and people. You will be the company I call moving forward.

I saw water leaking from my hot water heater at 9:00 am today. Called the Plumber Co and they sent someone right away. It is 3:00pm the same day and they have installed a new heater removed my old one cleaned up perfectly. Angel was very helpful answering all my questions and making me very comfortable with a new plumber. I would recommend them

Seamless work every time. Impeccable installation of toilets, sink repair, and a remarkable job excavating subterranean lines. The subterranean excavation is a source of constant comment from other industrial professionals. They also did the sewer lines front and back for the whole house. The best thing besides being veteran owned is the general conscientiousness of the staff.

They are clean cut, respectable, respectful, and thorough. They clean up as if it was a competition to win. We like them so much, we buy them pizza lunch each time and tip like Christmas. I just checked off 14 services they have performed. Wow. No issues with any. They are used by many owners I know!

I was impressed and pleased with my boiler repair. Shayne called and arranged to come ahead of the scheduled time. He resolved the issue promptly. He was knowledgeable and honest. Needed a refrigerator connection and a pipe extension. First time I used The Plumber Co. I got fast service that was reasonably priced by highly professional and friendly technicians, Kyle and Jeff. The Plumber Co. will now be now go-to. Thank you!

I just had Kyle E. and Kyle S. come out to replace an extremely old cast iron sewer pipe that was leaking in the basement. - The pipe was so fragile and it broke right at the basement foundation. They called the Owner Ron who came right away to take a look to see the best way to handle my situation. They carefully dug out and carefully cut what was left of the pipe on a fitting and replaced the leaking pipe saving me so much!

It looked like it would be a nightmare for me, but they were so careful and helped me so much! I could not be any happier with these guys and this company! Would highly recommend!

Had a visit from Brandon, which was supposed to be just to do an estimate for several odd plumbing jobs around the house. He was able to get everything done on the spot, and for less than the initial ballpark figure. Came ablout an hour later than he was originally supposed to, but more than made up for by ending up ahead of schedule and under budget.

Avoid them like the plague. Five years ago they installed a high efficiency heat/hot water system in our home. It was inspected. It passed. Then the system had a problem and needed to be replaced. Mind you it cost a few thousand the first time and it took all day as it had to be wall mounted. Doug Goss did the work and mounted right on the wall directly next to the main circuit breaker box.

This year, we choose to use them again thinking they had done a fine job. This time they charge 2k for a job that took less than two hours and this time the town inspector fails it with a huge part of the issue being the plumbing pipes are too close to the fuse box. We are told it must be moved. The plumber company refused to do this saying it was just a reinstall and claiming no fault even though they had mounted it on the wall originally TOO CLOSE to the main circuit breaker and the town negligently let this one go five years ago.

I contact the plumber company. Their installer returns, mouthing off at me before he is even through the door that he's not moving the unit. Got very rude. Said he was going to make the inspector pass it (quite threatening in his tone too). He fixed a few small things complaining about them too. Then took off to have it out with the town inspector.

I had to call the company to tell them to stop this guy or he would make more problems for me. So far I've wasted several hours trying to sort this out with the town and the plumber company. The plumber company said the company was a different name and under different ownership since the last job five years ago and even then it was only a one year warranty for their code violating work or bare minimum not letting us know it was not up to code so we could have planned properly back then. I'm still sorting this out but all I can say is from start to finish these guys suck.

Sure the system works fine. The install is fine. But major codes were completely overlooked and had we known this we could have updated it then. Several thousand dollars later, we might have to spend another 2k or more to remount it and move the pipes away from the fuse box. Also, the company was still called the plumber company back then as it is on all my paperwork. So there was no name change despite they tried to tell me there was.

Last Friday I had an appointment to have a plumber from this company come fix my sink and a drain pipe. I had a set appointment time and took time out of work to be there at the allotted time. They did not show up for the appointment so I called the secretary to see what the issue was. She stated they moved the appointment back to the next two hour slot they had available without telling me or making sure that was okay with me, forcing me to wait unknowingly and missing more work.

I told the secretary, Alexis that I couldn't be there for that time and that I would be canceling my appointment and using a different company. Her response to this was to call me a weenie and hang up on me. Completely unprofessional, rude and insulting. I would not suggest supporting this business. Seek help elsewhere.

Great work, fast response, reasonable prices great customer service. Would recommend this company. Will keep them in my contacts for future projects.

Worst Plumbing Company I have ever dealt with Came to my house my 4 year old boiler was not working they were recommended by the manufacter of the boiler. Told me my boiler wasn't any good anymore any wanted $7000.00 to put in a new one and charged me $200.00 for the call. I called the manufacturer back gave me a new name they came out the next day and fix the problem in 30 minutes. Beware of this plumbing company I never got a receipt for the service

This plumber is extremely over priced! The said $200 to come out but came off the work! They pointed a heater at my pipes, which were frozen, they released in 25 to 30 minutes including the bathroom, which they did nothing to. They hung around for another hour and charged me $600 and no $200 credit! Ripoff!

Worst company I ever dealt with for heating; they installed my gas burner almost 2 seasons ago which was fine; this year in October when it was still warm I got them to install 2 radiators in a new room $1400; once it got cold one radiator wasn't heating up; I called and just asked a plumber to call me; I called 5 days in a row and waited a week and still no call; I then called and demanded they come to my house and that I wasn't paying for it; they came and did a few things and still no heat; Doug said it would cost another $1400 to change the little side vents and one other connection; I said no.

Now I see once in a while a little water leaking out of the water glass on the side of the burner and I'm going to have to call someone else because they want to keep charging for service when this shouldn't be happening. I paid over $8000 for the burner with installation. Worst customer relations I've ever seen. Good luck to anyone else in the future.

The Plumber Company is fast and efficient. Brandon who works for the company is very knowledgeable and works well with the customers!

They cleaned a basement drain for me on short notice. Even though I had to have the service that day the price was fair. The guys had obviously done this work a lot and were quick and despite the standing water that had been in the basement left it cleaner than before the water got into my basement. I give them five stars because after they had gotten the drain clean and the water had drained out they took a walk around the outside of the building and showed me where a downspout was broken and was dumping water down the exterior of the basement wall, which was causing all the water to be in my basement in the first place. Although they don't fix gutters, they helped me find a permanent solution to a long standing problem.

Doug and his crew installed a new high efficiency gas heating boiler and we are now saving tons of money on heating fuel. The Plumber guys are very neat and the work quality is excellent.

I had a leak from a bathroom fixture. Responded quickly, was punctual, and quoted a price which I thought was fair. Would use again.

Replaced a garbage disposal and reconnected the pipes. Fast and efficient.

He was here quickly and did a great job fixing my new tub faucet. Professionally done work, the pipework looks great. He even noticed my toilet was leaking and fixed that as well, saving me big if that had gone unfixed. I will call again!

Very polite and kept me informed as to the time the new water tank would arrive and when it would be installed. I would recommend The Plumber Company without any reservations. He has now become my plumber.

I had to have a new dishwasher installed. Not a complicated job, but they showed up within an hour and got the job done quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very happy.

Very professional and great fast service! We had them do an oil to gas conversion and have had them come for multiple other smaller jobs.
