Wow! THE WORST OF THE WORST! If I could give 0 stars I would! Let me tell you: first, my mom lives in California as well as myself. My mom owns a house in Arkansas, and is renting her house to her sister. There was a plumbing problem and called Arrow plumbing, WITHOUT researching the company first: BIG MISTAKE. The guy who came out, gave her and my mom (over the phone) a BIG SONG AND DANCE about how they were going to have to go in through the floor and snake through the floor.
We said, NO YOU ARE NOT! Less than 5 minutes later, he was done snaking the master bath and charged $415 for the work. They are HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE ARROW PLUMBING. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND THEIR POCKET BOOKS.

These guys are significantly more expensive than any other plumbers wildest dreams. For rooter services, they want nearly $400 where Myers Rooter or any other plumber charges around $120. When I wanted to change out some of my fixtures and do some other work, arrow bid $11,000 but the other company only costed me $2,000. Gouging at its worst.

I have a pretty significant water leak, they quoted me significantly more than others I had called for leak detection (they would not provide me a leak detection quote on the phone, said i had to pay the $40 just to come out and review the situation before a quote could be given). Brandon was really nice and agreed to match the quote i had been given from another company so I agreed.
He found the leak in no time, and provided a quote to dig and repair - a little over 500.00. I agreed to this and he started right away, i was very relieved that my leak would fixed today. He came back in about an 1 1/2 hours later and stated he had dug as far as he could and the pipe was probably 5-6 feet down. he would need to have someone come in help to dig the additional - the cost - 2200.00 (plus the 631.00 that i had already spent).
I inquired why would it cost 2200 for digging, he just kept saying it was deep and they would have to go wider. You can rent a track hoe for 250.00 a day. Really 2200.00 for digging. I would not use Arrow. i have wasted half a day at work and paid 631.00 for leak detection which took about 15 minutes and an hours worth of digging. After he left, i realized he never turned back on my hot water. Very frustrated.

DO NOT USE ARROW PLUMBING. I called this company after experiencing a higher than usual water bill. I was told at the time that I scheduled service that there would be a $40 dispatch fee, but that there was a coupon on the website that I could use to offset that charge. When the technician arrived, he immediately told me that there would be a $391 leak locate charge.
I agreed to this, as it was not as high as the water bill. There were no visible signs of a leak, and believed at this point it was still worth it. After the leak was detected in the water line 15 minutes later, I was informed that it would be an additional $331 to fix dig to uncover the leak. I was charged an additional fee to fix the leak (a small connector needed to be replaced), and after the repair was made the technician informed me that the water pressure was too high and it would require another $350 to replace the regulator.
I declined their attempt to stick me up further. Within 24 hours the same leak was back, and they have refused to return and fix it. Do not use this company. The best reviews on their web site contain the phrase "we will make it right". They will not do it right the first time, and will stick you up. Just because I got ripped off for $811 does not mean that you will have to.

I had specifically requested a quote before the technician appointment, as once previously, I felt totally over-charged. I requested NOT to have that same technician, again as well. No quote was received and the SAME technician as before was who they sent. I used to really like Arrow Plumbing and felt they were a good value. That was then, this is now. No thank you;.

DO NOT USE ARROW PLUMBING. My main water pipe busted on Easter Sunday so I was stuck with no water and was forced to use them after several other plumbers could not get to us. 1 good thing is they could come out but then they quoted me 800 dollars for repair. I accepted because I needed water but also because I thought they would have to replace a large section of pipe, dig it all up, ect. Turns out it was just a little section right at the regulator. 15 mins and he was done. They got me but they don't have to get you. DO NOT USE ARROW PLUMBING.

Seldom do I feel the necessity to write this kind of review. in this case I feel it more than necessary as i'm in hopes that those who read it will save themselves from this firms style of doing business. On the 23nd of may I received a visit from their agent on a prearranged "inspection" as part of their "Diamond program" which cost me $300.00 and included 4 once yearly "inspections and numerous other perks such as "price breaks" for any work performed by them. Seemed like a good plan as this house is 35 yrs old and beginning to experience normal wear and tear problems.anyway.after a cursory ten minute "inspection" I was handed a price quote plus a verbal pitch to replace ALL four of my toilets due to accumulation of feces in the traps which "causes a reduction in water flow over time " the written quote, was for replacement of both water heaters due, to age and rust.
The quote, was in the, amount of $4280.00, and did not include new toilets.just two 40 gal water heaters. I thanked him and told him I'd get back to them. I then picked of the phone and called to hometown plumbers. upshot?. two quoted $2100 for BOTH water heaters. third one offered to come by and take a look for free. took up thst offer. This, one took about thirty min and informed me I didn't need heaters or new toilets! Called Arrow and told them I wanted refund on balance of my "Diamond plan". mgr told me the owner was out but he would take care of it and call me back. that was a week ago.still no call or refund check. My advice? Stay away!

I used this company after a water line break to my house. Service was friendly but COSTLY! Water line broke outside of my house. Rep came out to identify where the leak was coming from. Charged me $400 to 'locate the leak' with his little electronic box. He determined that he THOUGHT the leak may be under my cement walkway and quoted me 2K to tear up cement, fix leak and repair cement.
He was not able to fix it that day so we had to wait (no water) the entire weekend for repair guys to come out. They had to 're-identify' where the leak was coming from with the same tool the first guy used. Turned out it wasn't under the cement and all they did was dig up the pipe, and replace a 4-5 foot section of PVC pipe. Charged me 1.8K!
They said they took 200 off the original quote because they didn't have to dig up the cement. I called the manager and asked for an itemized list of what I paid for, he apologized and said he understood my frustration and he would get something out to me, but never produced anything and debited my account for the full amount. I feel embarrassed and angry that I was taken advantage of in such a way.
Tough expensive lesson to learn at a vulnerable time. I now know that I need to research the important companies BEFORE something happens so I'm not trying to rush when there is an emergency.

Run away from this company. Prices outrageous, techs very misleading, makes a mess and doesn't clean it up, bids by a manual rather than actually verifying what needs to be done, will not quote any hourly rate. Quoted $14,400 to repair drain problem, said he couldn't get his snake through pipes because they were busted. Never ran a camera to verify. Had another company come out and they snaked the pipes completely repairing the problem. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. Called this company explaining we had a leak in the laundry room and kitchen. Dispatcher stated that there was a $40.00 dispatch fee in addition to any work performed.
The tech arrived at the designated time and we told him about the water in the laundry room and the kitchen. He discovered a leak in the kitchen and said it was a "dirty trap". He went to his truck and came back in with an estimate to repair the problem. It was $962.00. I assumed it was to repair all the problems. I left the house and when I returned he was gone and my mother had paid him the amount requested.
Once again I assumed all the problems were repaired. After running a load in the washing machine water was pouring out everywhere. I called Arrow and they told me a tech was finishing a job nearby and would be there soon. When Andy arrived he discovered the drain in the laundry room was stopped up and unfortunately there would be an additional charge.
I told him we had already paid over $900 for the previous tech and he stated, "that's cheap! That repair normally cost $1500.00". I told him to leave and I would call a plumber that knew what he was doing. I instead called Arrow and explained the situation and they said they would send Paul back out the next morning at no charge. Paul did show up and supposedly was unable to get his snake through the problem and decided that the pipes were busted under the house.
He stated he was going to run a camera to discover where the pipes were busted. Once again he went to his truck and brought back an estimate of $14,400.00 and this was after having never run the camera. We called another plumber who came out and snaked all the drains unclogging them completely. Another plumber brought a camera and was unable to locate any breaks in the pipes. My father had passed away 30 days earlier and both of these plumbers refused to accept any payment what so ever. As I stated above, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

I used this company for a minor issue i had to get resolved before I sell the house. The buyer wanted me to increase the clearance of water heater flue and fix few leaking faucets. All that the plumber did was to widen the hole in plywood where flue pipe goes out total 10 minutes and for faucets he wanted me to pay $175 for each faucet. I declined to do anything with faucets however for 10 minutes of his time he charged me $40 service fee and $175 to cut little wood. Seems a rip off company.
