Got behind van #80 of theirs, on I-40 coming out of Conway today and the driver wouldn't follow state law requiring him to move from the left lane and he was also all over the road. He swerved so bad at one moment that he almost hit a driver in the right lane. And probably would have if the other driver hadn't hit his brakes. Disturbing and very inconsiderate of others. Hopefully the service is 100% better than their driving abilities.

Service was as quick as possible due to parts availability ( very old unit). Service was great. It took 3 service trips. The first trip was on a Sunday after hours to diagnose part had to be acquired from an electrical supply house which was done on Monday morning then the unit experienced some more parts failures the following day and they came out and repaired those failed the items. Unit is running fine now will be seeking a replacement from the same company. I've already talked with the representative about such.

I am so disappointed that this company failed to properly diagnose my air conditioner unit to determine why the furnace would continue to run and blow warm air while the outside unit was off. The temperature on the thermostat would read 71 degrees but temperature in the house would be 77 degrees. After four service calls and paying about $430 for a new thermostat and motor starter, the problem still was not resolved.

My husband called someone else that came out and quickly discovered the issue. He has the part on order and was able to do a work around to ensure that we would have cool air until he is able to correct the problem.

Ted was the service person. I think Ted did a good -excellent job in 100 degree temperatures. I don't know if charges were fair or not because I've not had enough HVAC services to compare. However, our units are blowing cold air and the one doesn't rattle anymore. I expect Advantage to service and maintain our units again next year. Relocated and reconnected our back flow device for our irrigation system that was backed over by a vehicle. Prompt trip for the quote. Worked us into the schedule the next week. Lawn irrigation system up and running the next week. Backflow device now out of the way in a better location. Price for the job was very reasonable. Good guys on the job. Great work.

There was a miscommunication about the emailing of the completed invoice being emailed to me. But it was my failure to check my "Junk" folder for addresses not in contact list. The Tech, named Jerry, did an excellent job, cleared my problem in the kitchen, knew immediately that there might be a problem with bathroom room drain because it's right next to kitchen and took care of it. He even made sure there wasn't a leak at the meter. He definitely knew exactly what to do and did it.

This used to be a good company but not anymore. They do take advantage of you though. We had a problem with one AC unit that we had bought from them that was around 8 years old. It was a top of the line expensive heat pump and was not working correctly but still working. We heard a racket from inside the house and when we went to investigate the employee had completely dismantled the unit saying "I can't find the leak".!

So of course they wanted us to buy another top of the line unit from them to replace it because he had destroyed that one. We did go ahead and get a cheaper model because we had to have something right away at that point but will never use them again.

Share some information with anyone that needs their a/c, later heat, worked on for the house or business! I've been using Advantage Service Company for around 10-12 years and maybe longer. I used to deliver to them when I worked for a three letter work company later retired from them. Every time I had packages for them they were always nice to me, then my a/c at my house went out. Called them didn't say a word about who I was just going to see how I would be treated.

To my surprise they were the same friendly and nice and act like they wanted my business. They came out gave me a estimate and I got two or three more and a lot cheaper than the other estimates. Came out installed my new a/c unit outside and signed a agreement pre maintenance for summer and winter. That helped my unit to last longer but eventually things happened.

I've been at my house for 19 years and the upper unit in my attic decided it had enough. We called got a estimate for a whole new system. They have a finance company just in case you don't have all the money so we used them and with zero percent interest by the way! This new system is bad to the bone! Tells you how much humidity there is in the house and so many ways to program the system and more!

The outside unit is a third of the size of my old one and when it's on you have no idea that it is on. I'm very pleased with the service, even after the installation, came with a unbelievable warranty! House is cooler and my bill went down about $50- $75 a month difference! I hope I helped out, I try my best!

I was charged over $100 and the service I received was not correct. I needed my water heater worked on, instead I came home to my a.c. drainage pipe cut with a water hose connected. When I called the manager to complain, he would not take ownership for the shotty work, and explained that if I wanted this problem fixed, it would be at least another $225.

Thank god I called another plumber who fixed the original problem and the extra problem from Advantage's service for only $75. I would never recommend this company nor will the other plumber. Oh you cant give them zero stars as a recommendation, but they get zero from me.

Had new AC installed in my shop last year. The guy who installed it had retired so I called Advantage when it started blowing hot air. They came out and put 3 pounds of freon in and said they would have to come back for "leak detection" They came back 2 days later and found a loose nut in the line which Handed me a bill for almost $600 to tighten a loose flair nut and 3 pounds of freon.

They will overcharge you Just talk to a person I know who has a rental properties and had Advantage come out because a unit was blowing hot air they told them that it was completely toast and would have to be replaced and quoted them $6000 to do the repair for a package unit. Fortunately my friend was smart enough and had another person look at it and said that The fans were completely called with dirt and grass and just needed to be cleaned and there was nothing wrong with the unit Advantage is a rip off do not use them

My Company used Advantage to try to fix an AC unit in our warehouse. They claimed it could not be fixed and that parts were not available. So, we purchased a new unit from them and had it installed. This was in January and the heat on the unit worked fine. Come warm weather we found out that the unit they sold us had not been hooked up to a drain line and left water all over our floor.

They sent a service man out and he said it would be extra $ to do that. I called the office and they claimed twice that they would call me back. they have not called back and the service man provided my warehouse with a bucket! The old unit did NOT need a bucket! They sold us and inferior product than what we had and will not make it right. I would NEVER use this company again. So at the end of the day we paid $1800 for something that does not work properly. I just don't think you should have to empty a bucket everyday for that kind of money.

Ashley B's account is absolutely ridiculous. She claims that I was told the unit was "not worth the repair" and "a that a new unit was highly recommended". All I can say is that these are flat out lies! I was told the inducer fan was rusted, but functional and that there was a good chance it would last for several more years. At no point was a replacement unit "highly recommended".

I have a copy of an estimate for recommended repairs, nothing mentioned about replacement unit. All it takes is a little common sense to understand that this company dismantled my unit and within hours it was on fire. The most disturbing thing is the way I was treated after being out of my home more than thirty days and the damages that resulted from the fire.

It is clear that this company would say anything to try to save face. This only serves as proof that if you treat customers right the first time you don't have to worry about the storm afterwards.

Don't use this company for electric work. I was overcharged labor costs. I called the office to say i knew for sure the worker had not been there as long as he had charged me for, but no one ever called me back to apologize or correct the error. DON'T USE THEM for electrical work!
