Updating my review of several years ago: the tankless heater is still working perfectly. About three weeks ago, I asked Oleg, Best Buy's principle, about installing a Toto. My bathroom did not have a suitable electric outlet/circuit, so he recommended a great electrician who did not put the price up when the job got complicated. His people installed the Toto and removed the old toilet (in need of major repair).

Everybody involved was on time, competent, polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with. From my viewpoint, it was all very easy. I chose what I wanted, it appeared when it was supposed to, the installation was easy and seamless. The whole job, from first call to completed installation took lest than two weeks. No stress, no fuss and a perfect result.

Wow! These guys are super helpful! We called them at 8:30 pm and they answered and helped us troubleshoot an issue with our heat. After a few questions, Oleg diagnosed the issue as related to resetting our earthquake valve to restart our gas flow. I sent him a photo of the valve and he talked me through the reset process -- mind you, it's 8:30 at night! Our heat was immediately restored thanks to this quick fix. Thank you to Oleg and Best Buy Plumbing - they are our go-to from now on!

I cannot say enough great praises about this company; I had an emergency about four weeks ago when a galvanized pipe erupted in the middle of the evening flooding both bathrooms, the hallway and my bedroom before I work up a little after mid-night, we turned the main off and the next morning called several plumbers for bids; 2 of the companies that came out offered a bandage solution ranging in $3+ thousand. Chris Keith came out and looked at the problem from a different perspective - suggesting that we re-plumb the entire house, abandoning the existing pipes and going overhead through the attic.

The cost was twice as much as the bandage solution but well worth it. I now and a brand new plumbing system in my 1964 year home and it only took them less then 2 days. I was so impressed with the work, the crew-members, the professionalism and kind behavior of the workers that I requested a bid for remodeling the main bathroom bringing it out of the 60's and into the 2020's; The bid was more than fair, the remodel took a little over 2 weeks but most importantly, the outcome is amazing. Chris Keith's style suggestions turned a drab room into a Showroom master piece worthy of a magazine cover. Thank you Chris, Jade and Jessie for the awesome job.

Oleg and his team are the best plumbers I have ever encountered! I've used them twice now and have had great experiences both times. They are perhaps the brainiest in the trade and able to troubleshoot issues that other plumbers have not been able to solve. For my first project with Oleg and Mauricio, I had them troubleshoot a tankless heater system (installed by another plumber) that was providing inconsistent temperatures at the tap.

They performed a series of systematic and well-planned tests in order to identify the source of cold water crossover. On my second project with Oleg and Mauricio, I had them troubleshoot a circulator pump system (installed by another plumber). Again, they did a methodical series of tests and identified the source of cold water crossover. Unlike other plumbers who simply wanted to install new equipment and run, Oleg and his team identified the true source of the problem.

No new parts or equipment were needed. They simply charged labor time to fix the issue. Oleg and his team are very honest and they will be the first I call if I have a problem.

Best Buy Plumbing visited me today in order to fix a leaking faucet that was unfortunately stuck / stripped so some extraordinary measures had to be taken. The team was completely professional, in and out quickly and took care of the problem for a reasonable price. I couldn't recommend this company enough. Thanks Oleg!

We had an issue with our Rinnai water heater system and contacted Best Buy Plumbing (BBP). The initial inspection service fee was $250 paid in advance, which DID NOT APPLY to the service cost. So, we paid $250 and 2 technicians came to our restaurant and inspected for 5min and left the restaurant. Then, BBP's office agent called me and told me that the water heater is working fine but there was a ventilation issue and that it would be an additional $300 to inspect the ventilation from the roof.

We did not want to throw $300 away just like the initial $250, so we went to the roof and found/ checked the ventilation ourselves and it was open and clear. BBP is making a big deal and taking advantage of the customer's situation and just keep racking up fees that don't seem justified. Another authorized Rinnai service company told me that BBP should refund $250 and that they would never practice service like BBP. Very cunning and greedy. Best Buy Plumbing is by far the best plumbing company that I had ever dealt with. When we decided to install a tankless water heater, I called several plumbing companies that we normally use. None of them stroke me as knowing the subject well enough to earn my trust because I did my preliminary research and knew exactly what I wanted to be done. Disappointed, I decided to look for a referral from the equipment manufacturer. Calls to the first 2 numbers from the list did not result in much, but when I spoke with Barbara of the Best Buy Plumbing, I got a feeling that this company may be the one.

The reason is that the process was explained and Barbara made sure that I understood everything that is going to happen and there are no questions remain unanswered. When Oleg and his crew arrived for the inspection, it became clear that they know exactly what has to be done and how to make it happen. Even though I had an idea of what equipment I want and how I want it installed, Oleg made comments, substantiated by the facts that were hard to argue with.

This made me change my mind and go with his recommendations which I haven't regret. The long story short, we ended up doing way more than just replacing the heater and everything was done to our greatest satisfaction. Even the gas company inspector commented on the high quality of work. Have to mention that when I called the company few months after the work was done because the heater was acting strangely, Oleg arrived promptly and diagnosed the gas pressure regulator failure.

Even though this is not a part of the water heating system and is maintained by the gas company, Oleg did not charge us for the call even though it was quite a drive for him. He even made a video of his diagnostic procedure and explanations for the gas company technician which really helped to understand the issue. It is hard these days to find a service company with such level of service and knowledge of their subject. Even though they are not the cheapest (but still reasonably priced), if you value these qualities, then Best Buy Plumbing is the one you are looking for.

They were responsive and willing to help on short notice! They handled the job professionally and fast. I would highly recommend Best Buy Plumbing for any water heater issues.

I ordered a Rinnai tankless water heater from a major online retailer. Unfortunately, the installer they recommended did a subpar job (improper venting, and improper pre-sets for the recirculating pump to function properly). Best Buy Plumbing is an actual Rinnai authorized installer (which the original installer was not), and they were able to fix all the problems with the original installation (the venting has been corrected, and the recirculating pump works perfectly now), and were also able to make other recommendations to improve the installation overall.

I wish I had called Best Buy Plumbing for the initial installation to begin with. Oleg was very professional & knowledgeable, and Barbara was very professional & personable as well. Great company!

I've been working with Best Buy Plumbing, Inc for many years now and they are really fantastic! Oleg is great to work with and they can always be relied on. New Year's Eve my tenant called with an issue with our 10 years old Rianii water heater. Called 3 places till I called Best Buy plumbing, right away I felt Oleg the owner knows what he is talking about especially there might be a part issue. He came over within 3 hours and worked on the water heater for about two hours, end up changing 2 old parts and got us hot water that day. He even gave me a discount. I highly recommend this company especially if u have an issue with your tankless water heater.

I wasn't getting hot water out of my Rinnai tankless heater. I called and was told the service fee was $195 + parts. They came on time the next day, great technician, fixed the problem in literally 7 minutes. Then a day later, Oleg, the owner, called me back and said that based on the photos the technician took, he thought I might have another problem, even though the hot water was working again. Oleg came back himself, and replaced the warranty parts to prevent an even BIGGER PROBLEM that could have ruined my tankless heater forever.

He correctly diagnoses a problem I NEVER would have learned about until it was too late, and worked with Rinnai and at my house, to fix it the right way. Oleg is hard working, knows his business and really CARES ABOUT HIS CUSTOMERS. THAT is very rare. THANKS OLEG!

We just had 2 really outstanding experiences with Best Buy Plumbing and Oleg, Barbara, Al and Russ. Our kitchen sink was backing up suddenly and Best Buy came out within a few hours. They stayed until the complicated problem was fixed and explained everything to us along the way. They addressed the problem in stages, from the simplest solutions first to the more difficult as the causes unfolded.

They were proactive and clear about costs throughout the process. They were also extremely professional, neat and unobtrusive. We can't think of anything they could have done better. While Best Buy was here fixing the first problem, we noticed a second problem and a third. The second one now has also been fixed and we had the same professional experience.

We will now be embarking on the third project, which Oleg is doing the research on and will provide us with a detailed invoice in advance for us to review and agree upon. It is not easy to find contractors as professional and with the integrity of Best Buy. This is truly a find.

They replaced my tankless water heater when I found them on the Noritz water heater website as a certified contractor. they did a great job. Oleg was very helpful and spent quite some time with me on the phone a couple of times explaining my options etc. However, I do agree they are pricier than other providers and wouldn't budge on any pricing, including not giving me a credit for the $150 I paid for the initial visit. Overall, I would recommend them for good quality and professional work.

I found Best Buy Plumbing about four years ago when my instant water heater was dying and NO ONE could figure out why. The plumber who installed it eventually wouldn't even call me back! They just didn't know what to do! Enter Oleg, he figured it out, he fixed it, and he continues to provide all of my family and friends, expert, reasonable service.

The difference between Best Buy Plumbing and other plumbers is that they are SMART. Really smart. And experienced. I trust them implicitly and know they are the best because I have gone through about 10 plumbers through the years who just didn't have this level of expertise. We've been using Best Buy Plumbing for the last few year for all our personal and business plumbing needs. After all the work they performed I feel like I owe them a review. Last year I bought a house that needed some upgrades / repairs. Oleg and his guys installed a whole house water filter and tank-less water heater at my place, as well as fixed an underground gas line to my outdoor fire pit.

All I can say is that these guys don't do half ass work. everything was done to satisfy even the worst case of OCD like mine. Only the best components, and top notch execution. A year later. I couldn't be happier. Thank you guys, and keep up the good work.

These guys installed my Pelican whole house filtration system. When Oleg gave me the bid he typed up exactly the work he would do and the parts needed. One of his guys came out and inspected the area where the system would be installed and checked the system to make sure there were no obvious issues. One the day of the installation, the guys were prompt and performed the job perfectly.

The system was cleanly installed with straps holding my filters to my house. There were bypass switch in case of leak and valves needed to minimize leak issues. These guys seem very careful in how they do their work which is very important to me. BTW, Oleg has an engineering background!

They're more expensive than other plumbing companies, no doubt. But you get a service that it's worth every penny. My story with BBP: The water heater stopped working and the manufacturer gave me a bunch of plumbing company options. I select this because of the better ratings. Albert, a very nice and expert technician, came in and replaced the part.

Less than a month later, the unit stopped working again. I asked for another service again. This time Oleg showed up and replaced defected part. Free of charge. And he told me that if the same problem comes up again he's going to take care of it. This is very professional, caring and responsive. I really appreciate the service I got here.

Oleg the plumber was referred to me by Slava of Va Appliances (the gentleman whom i called when my dishwasher stopped doing its job). Oleg was very friendly all throughout, from the very first phone call till the minute he left my house after having snaked the entire kitchen sink for about 40 feet! He did his job with a very friendly, yet professional attitude, a great spirits, and skills!

Should I ever need a plumber again, I know who to call for sure. I was in great hands with Oleg, and I know you will be too! We even chatted about traveling and he made the whole experience worry-free, professional, courteous, and definitely fairly priced. He even went above and beyond by removing a most challenging pebble that had gotten stuck my bathroom sink and that noone had been able to get out before. Thank you Oleg! You are my hero :)

A few weeks ago, my Navien tankless hot water heater stopped working. Yet again. When it works, this thing is great. When it doesn't, nightmare. Anyway, having tried and tried with our old plumber, we vowed that we'd find an expert in these units this time around. We had a name given to us by Navien, so this time, we called Best Buy Plumbing instead of getting the runaround from our old plumber.

Of course, this happened at about 9 PM. I left a message and Oleg called me back maybe 20 minutes later. He said he could send someone out the next day, but he also took the time to hear what the problem was, was completely familiar with the issue and my model, and gave me some ideas of ways to fix it without having his guy come out. I did still need in-person help, so the next day, Ray and Albert came out. Albert knew the unit inside and out, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

No problem. He even took the time to explain the issue to me in depth, and Ray called Navien and made sure the replacement part cost was covered by them under warranty. I can't say it was inexpensive, but we have hot water again! And the price seems pretty reasonable for two guys coming to my house on an emergency basis for a few hours. No question, if/when this thing goes down again, I'll call these guys.
