If you want to get ripped off call Precise Plumbers. We are installing some new fixtures - very straightforward, already plumbed and had David Sr and Jr come in and do a song and dance examining everything and trying to make installing a few new fixtures seem like a massive job. Jr. was kind enough to mansplain to me about GFCI outlets that we needed while standing in front of the ones that my electrician had already installed (I got the white kind for cosmetic reasons so I got the lecture before he realized). Anyway, our house was well prepared for the install (the plumbing was already there! and in the same location it had been for the last 40 years+, just with some new materials) and they were grasping at straws to find something to justify a $4500 quote to attach a new toilet (already plumbed), replacing shower trim and replacing two faucets and a dishwasher.

I had a leak 2 days before thanks giving so I called precise plumbing. Adrian the plumber came out to have a look see. The leak was below the kitchen sink and was the hot water valve. Things then turned sour when he had to go back to his shop in San Gabriel and pick up a part. Never did come back. I called him a couple hours later and he told me he was on the phone and would come by after but again never did.

I called again about 3.00 and was told he forgot and would be by tomorrow at 9 am. He never showed. We were stuck without hot water for thanksgiving. This is no way to run a business. Look at their reviews and see for yourself. I should have read the reviews before Hiring this company. Undependable. Unprofessional, and liers.

I can't say enough good things about this company. They have been our plumbers since we moved to Pasadena, through two houses, and their service has been amazing. Routine repairs, upgrades, dire emergencies: THESE are the people I call, and they ALWAYS come through! I recommend them without reservation. David Ceballos and David Ceballos Jr. are experts, and their primary troubleshooter, Eddie, is every bit as good. Everybody knows that when you need a plumber, you need a good one, and you need him now. Believe me, THESE are the people to call.

We had a leaky water heater as well as a faulty pressure reducing valve replaced. David was extremely helpful and patient in giving us all the information we needed to make our choices and did not try to pressure us into a particular direction. Communication was excellent and the work was done in a solid, clean and thorough manner. While not the cheapest quote we received the price was fair and as the saying goes: you get what you pay for. I will happily use them again in the future.

David spent a good hour with me going over what was needed to address a problem presented by the previous plumber. He wrote out a solution which I was able to use. He was very generous with his information and his time. I will use him next time I have a job to do.

Beware! They are extremely over-priced and will quote you for work that is not required. David (the son of owner) over-charged my 79 year old mother $400 dollars just to put in a $5 dollar gas valve behind her stove (but didn't fix the gas leak - she had to call the gas company to come out). Then David charged her another $660 to mount a hood onto her water heater with brackets along the wall/roof.

All of this work took less than an hour for a whopping $1060.00 dollars. He then tried to get her to buy a new water heater that she didn't need and to also put copper piping throughout her granny flat. Beware because he then had her get on the phone with God knows who to give her social security and personal details to see if she could finance everything. After all of this David forgot to give her the 25% discount he promised.

We had a clog in the main and did not have a clean out that was accessible. They gave us a reasonable price for unclogging the main which was full of roots all the way to the curb. They also installed a clean out between the houses. They broke through a previous septic tank which required to be properly back filled with dirt and gravel. There was an additional cost for the materials and they cam back 3 week later to fill in the hole.

After the week of rain we walked out to a sink hole where they did the fill in. Its been 2 weeks for them to come out and look at the new hole and have yet come out to fill it in. Initial job was good but the follow up later was really poor.

I am so thankful we were connected with Precising Plumbing through HomeAdvisor. David is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to go above and beyond for the project at hand. Are first-time home owners, taking on a renovation we know very little about beyond what we know to research. He gave us tips and tricks that we undoubtedly benefited from. The pricing was on point. They are responsive, timely and the work done was 100%. I feel confident recommending David's company to anyone that needs plumbing work.

I've know David for years now and he's our go to guy on any plumbing issues. His knowledge of plumbing is second to none, having done of jobs all over the greater Los Angeles area. The guys from Precise Plumbing are very knowledgable and friendly. They scoped and cleared our sewer line at a really fair price. Will definitely call Precise the next time we need a plumber.

Precise has been around for a number of years. I use them as often as I can. Dave is reasonable and very knowledgeable and Sundee is always helpful. I would recommend Precise. They also have recently offered financing which is helpful when large projects come up or unforeseen disasters. They are reliable and diligent in their work and I have enjoyed working with Precise for 10 plus years.
