My experience with Bonney was wonderful. The technician that came to my house was right on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was eager to help in any extra way they could. Fast, friendly service. A few of our sinks were slow draining. So I called Bonney and within a few hours of calling they arrived at my house. Fixed all the sink issues and I'm super happy! The two guys, Gerard and Mason, were super courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Bonney!

I did not know I had a leak. There was odd discoloration on my wall so I reached out to Bonney. I received a prompt and professional response. My appointment was within 2 days. The service rep was knowledgeable and courteous. They explained steps before moving forward and was able to identify the problem. I appreciated that they were mindful of my pets. Once the leak was identified and fixed, he made sure the work area was cleaned up before he left. Great customer service.

Called another company originally they wanted to charge me an extreme amount and they never called me back after coming out to give me an estimate, they knew I had no water running in the showers or toilets. Bonney came out and took very good care of me and my family the plumbers were very concerned about the situation we were in. I appreciate all you guys did!

Christopher was very professional, polite and respectful. The work he did was excellent. This was the first time using Bonney and we were impressed with the customer service and happy with the work that was done. Dennis came out the next day to do some electrical work and he too was excellent! This was a good experience for us. Your staff is excellent.

This was our first time using Bonnie, but we came to them through Boyd plumbing which Bonnie recently acquired, so we already knew a good chunk of their plumbing team. As with Boyd these guys are fabulous! They were very responsive and immediately got someone out to help us with our kitchen sink backing up. The guys, Pedro and Blake were wonderful, polite, knowledgeable, informative about our odd house, and did a clean and quick job for us. We've already signed up for their VIP service, and are happy to use them again in the future should we need for anything. Wishing them all a happy new year!

The initial contact with the dispatcher was memorable. So much so my husband and I talked about it after scheduling the service for quite some time. She was better thank customer service. She really connected with us, empathized immediately with our issue and explained your prices in a conversational and easy to understand manner. She also explained a discount we would receive and additional benefits including household systems inspections. Was the best experience I can recall in many years. Colin was amazing! He listened to all of our questions, looked at what we were needing the 220v outlet for, looked at all the specifications and helped to nail down exactly what we needed. He was able to get the permit pulled and do the work the same day. He also picked up and installed a bathroom fan that needed replacing. He was kind and courteous, was very friendly and helpful. He did great work and we really appreciate it!
