Kirk and Tracy both went above and beyond what they needed to do for a costumer. My issue lasted over a few weeks and they answered all my questions and listened to my needs. They were helpful in a difficult personal situation and kept it professional. I am so grateful they helped me navigate issues with my gas line, permit, and helped my find an electrician so I could close out a permit on my house. I was so lucky they took the job and helped me each step of the way. The employees were on time, friendly, and cleaned up after they were here. I am so grateful.

All I can say is WOW! I met Kirk in CVS after seeing his work truck in their parking lot. After talking to him for a few minutes I realized what a good guy he was and asked him for his card. (Now, fast forward a year) My water heater just expired and died from old age and I now needed a plumber. Knowing I would not be able to remember his name or find his card I put his info in my phone under Plumber.

Best thing I ever did! I purchased a new heater and called them. I talked to Priscilla, and again, I knew I called the right people because she was great right off the bat. She even called me off the clock and after hours "from home" with a question. She's nowledgeable, friendly and on her game. So. so far so good! They scheduled me as soon as they could and his guys came out first thing the next morning to install it. Nolan and Peyton were right on time for our scheduled appointment.

They introduced themselves and got right down to business, and, you could tell right off the bat they were good humans! They were like. good friends I hadn't seen for a few years. I told my story on how I found out about Plumbing by Kirk and then Nolan said "Peyton is Kirk's son"! I love using family business's when I can because of their passion and work ethic rather than a guy working for a large company just for a paycheck!

These two guys did a Fantabulous installation job that was meticulously clean and tidy when they finished. But I will tell you though, they aren't the cheapest and we all know, you get what you pay for. I had higher and lower quotes and I got a VERY FAIR price from Kirk. I'm so glad I went with my gut! Plumbing by Kirk Inc. will always have my business going forward!

We had an amazing experience with Kirk last night that I had to go and share to Yelp. Long story short: Kirk is extremely knowledgeable and responsive, he cares about his customers and potential customers and is very sensitive to their needs and budget. Longer version: on a weekend evening, best known as the worst time to have a plumbing disaster other than a major holiday, we had just finished a long day of DIY projects at home and we were washing up at the water main supply line next to our house.

We accidentally bumped into the pipes and broke the one just before the shutoff valves to the house. There was quite a bit of water constantly flowing which we managed to slow down with some pressure applied, but something obviously needed to be done immediately. We called Plumbing by Kirk (I still don't know why I thought of that business name. half forgotten friend referral? Printed on a truck in traffics?

No idea.). Within 5 minutes, Kirk called us. He told us how to shut off the water for now and gave options to solve the issue, noting that weekend emergency rates are understandably much higher, so he could provide immediate repair or give my tools-savvy brother a run-down of what needed to be done. Within the hour, they were on FaceTime to go over the problem and shortly thereafter, he had walked us through everything we needed to fix it ourselves and avoid a costly Sunday night visit, all at no charge to us!

Super bonus: he's really friendly, relatable, easy to talk to and gives instructions that are intelligible to a layman. Amazing that there are still business owners like this out there, who see you as a human being in need and are willing to share their expertise. His personal time spent on a Sunday night left such a fantastic impression, I would recommend him to anyone and will definitely call again for future services (and as the owner of a 60 year old house with pipes to match, you know it's going to happen). Thanks, Kirk! You really helped us out.

Last week I called Plumbing by Kirk about a leaking sprinkler system that I was unable to fix. I had used them before and they did a great job. They came out in a timely manner and gave me a quote for the work and told me I could pick-up the parts that they needed to preform the work repairs and it would save time and money. After I got all the parts that were needed I called them.

They showed up on time and replaced the parts and rechecked all the system twice to make sure everything was working correctly. Peyton and Nolan did the job in less time than I was quoted which has never happened to me in all the years I have had work done on our home!

Plumbing by Kirk is truly an unethical and dishonest business. Today I was in a bit of a jam, and needed someone to replace a tub spud. The plumber said he charged $200 per hour, so considering the fact that I had the item available, I thought it should at most take 1hr to replace it and a simple pop up assembly. However, he made a big deal of the repairs, and stayed 2.5hrs totalling $500!

Since I was pressed and I had no other choice he knew I needed the job done. He totally took advantage of the situation and ran with it. How he runs his business is truly disgusting and dishonest. The reason for this review, is so that people can actually do more research before going for the first guy that can do the job. Come to find out, I was told by another plumber that I had been overly charged and taken advantage of when the repair should have not totalled more than $200 considering that I had the parts and how easy the repairs were. It's a shame that you cannot trust or find decent and honest people that can get the job done without being hussled. I Will not be recommending this guy to any one.

Plumbing by Kirk for the win! They did several repairs to our home that we just purchased and then when our garbage disposal backed up, Kirk took our call at 9pm and FaceTimed with us to help us fix it without him coming out. Amazing! So reliable, so caring, and so dependable.

The company is awesome and especially Chris. The most honest plumber I have used and I have used tons of plumbers. He is responsive and gets the job done right away and the price is always fair. I would highly recommend the company and if he is available ask for Chris

Horrible service and overcharged me for the hours even though I have proof! and they deposited the money immediately! Some down bad thieves right here, I thought I could trust this business, no good at all for stealing and lying!

Bob and Justin arrived on time, they were very professional and responsible, they made me feel like a friend rather than a customer. They were able to clear my clogged kitchen sink, it was pretty clogged! Don't ever put 2lbs of broccoli salad down your sink, bad things happen! Bob had to rooter quite always in, but got the clog! His assistant Justin found some issues under my sink that I likely did when I tried to fix the clog myself! Justin repaired the leaking pipes by replacing some gaskets!

Everything fell within the 1 hour labor charge which was great! Before they left, they tested everything to make sure it was all working properly! I was beyond happy with the entire process! Thank you

Ryan saved the day at my home. We have a very old house with very big problems (plumbing and otherwise). Ryan not only solved our current plumbing issue but went way above/beyond to identify an ideal plan that will make sure I do not have to constantly call plumbing services rather I will have a system that can withstand basic usage. He knew I was on a tight budget and went out of his way again to give me options that would get same result with less cost.

Before Plumbing by Kirk, I worked with many plumbers. All seemed most interested in up selling. Plumbing by Kirk is more focused on building customers for life by doing what's right for the customer as the top priority (even when it means they miss a pay day because some simple tactic they tell me I can do myself will avoid needing their help).

In brief, Kirk's business is the best in Area. But I have to give an extra special shout out to Ryan for both his expert precision work, help saving future costs, and strategic advice designed with my best interests as the primary driver. If you call Plumbing by Kirk and Ryan shows up, then you're in the best hands possible. Period.

Yes. I did call you and you did send someone. The temperature regulator inside my shower is what I needed replacing. You've already wasted enough of my time staying home from work so I could be there for the $1200 quote and that was the point of my review. To warn people not to bother. I gave you two stars instead of one because the person who came was actually really nice and he took the time to explain everything but ultimately told me I would be much better off just having a handyman do the work and he was right.

I would highly recommend hiring the team at Plumbing by Kirk for your plumbing repairs. They are Pro's! I had a been quoted to replace my water pressure regulator by another company, but I did not get a good feeling about them.so I called and spoke to Kirk for a second opinion. I told Kirk about my experience and he asked a handful of very good questions (that the other company did not) to help diagnose the issue better over the phone.

I felt much more confident in hiring Kirk and his team. Ryan and Phil from his team came by today to check out my situation, and did a thorough assessment. Turns out my water pressure in the house was 75 PSI (too high).the maximum rated PSI for my regulator. They replaced it in about an hour and the price was $200 less than the other company quoted me. Need a good professional and fair plumbing company.call Plumbing by Kirk.

Any plumber can look at your pipes and upsell you on their fancy services. It takes one who wants to create a relationship with their customers, to listen to your concerns and actually check out the problem. Peyton and Bob did just that, and handled our issues with friendly respect. They left our kitchen clean and we even spoke with Kirk who gave us great guidance. Love this family business, and to top off our great experience, it wasn't outrageously expensive. Thanks for the stellar service!

Had the team install 3 bathroom sink faucets and replace shower components on one tub/shower combo. Great service at a fair price. Will definitely call again!

The only reason I don't give a 5 star rating is the late arrival, after having to make a phone inquiry. But the two young men that did show up around 2:30 were very polite, and wearing their masks. I needed my kitchen faucet retightened, after a very rough handling during cleaning from the since fired maid service. Also an issue with the downstairs bathroom toilet tank not filling back after flushing. Both issues were resolved with just a small extra bit of work needed under the kitchen sink. I would gladly call upon their services again in the future.

My second time hiring Kirk. Showed up on time, quickly figured out the problem (cracked pipe under the tub) fixed it and told me to use the tub as much as possible. Said if we ever have a problem with that pipe he'll come back out. Honest, fair, and knows his stuff. What more would you want. Highly recommend.

It is so hard to find a good mechanic, electrician, or plumber. Luckily, I have found a great plumber! Seriously, always call Kirk. Get other opinions/quotes if you want but you'll end up going with Kirk and his team. He saved me thousands of dollars by being honest, having great communication, and responding quickly. And his team had the same qualities.

Clearly Kirk runs a great company with kind and honest leadership. Our main water line broke on a Saturday night and Kirk walked me through setting up emergency water connecting to my neighbor so he wouldn't have to come out and charge extra for a Saturday evening. When his team came out first thing Monday morning (my choice to avoid extra emergency fees) they got the job done really quickly and did a beautiful job! Go with Kirk. You'll thank me.

Kirk and Miles fixed a leak under my mobile home within an hour. They were very personable, reasonably priced, and fast. Would come back to them again if I needed to.

I was without water for 24+ hours after sending a guy home the day before who claimed he was a plumber. I then called another company (First Call Plumbing Services) at 8pm on Friday. Was told they would be there in the morning, but flaked when I called, only after they didn't show up. Big Zero for them. I called Tracy at Plumbing by Kirk at 10am on Saturday.

Great customer service and attentive to my delema. Within, an hour I had Kirk and his team at my house. They were professional, extremely knowledgeable, and took no time at all to rectify my problem. When the job was done, they cleaned up and took the old stuff away. I was educated about plumbing care and maintenance within my home. I rarely do reviews but I have got to give credit where credit is do. Great job guys! Great organization! Keep up the good work. I hope I don't need your services anytime soon, but if I do I'll be giving you guys a call.

Spoke with Kirk of Kirk's Plumbing recently regarding an issue we were having with the water pressure in our shower. He graciously helped us diagnose the plumbing issue right over the phone and my husband was able to fix the problem himself. Not many plumbers or home service professionals in general would take the time to help a customer out in such a manner without some sort of sales pitch or attempt to take advantage of the situation.

Instead of spending potentially hundreds of dollars to replace plumbing parts that were already functional, Kirk helped us pinpoint the true cause of our problems and provided us with the knowledge we needed to fix it ourselves at a fraction of the cost.
