When we called about a mysterious leak from a toilet, we got a quick callback and a next day appointment. When the two plumbers arrived, they fairly quickly figured out the rather complicated problem, and explained to us clearly their plans. They will return with a hard to find part. They were tidy, masked and didn't mind all our questions! Highly recommended.

When I first moved to the neighborhood 6 or so years ago, I needed a new sink because I hated the old sink so very very much that I needed a new sink. I had to special order it in Berkeley and got it and tried to install it and that was Epic Fail. So I called these guys who just happened to be in the neighborhood and this large man from Brooklyn showed up with a couple of guys who looked like they came from Central Casting.

Everyone was laughing and schmoozing and the sink got put in and it did not cost too much. I decided these would be my go-to guys. I've called them for a variety of jobs and they consistently get things done, explain their work to me, and don't bullshit me around. Tony hires and trains people and is an asset to the community. His right hand man, Checkers is competent and observant, etc. So, if you want your plumbing fixed and want an actual human to pick up the phone, try these guys. They are open 9 to 5 on weekdays, otherwise leave them a message.

If it is broken, Tony will fix it. Awesome guy, awesome service. He takes such good care of a very old building that I live in - a building with problems that have stumped many a plumber.

We live in an old house in the Oakland hills and suddenly about four days ago our water heater stopped working and I called fazule and sons and they came out very quickly and replaced it at a good price and it's a much more efficient water heater both in terms of electricity and water consumption so I'm very happy with the service and I highly recommend these guys fast reliable and economical.

Tony is the best plumber hands down. Have had him come multiple times including an emergency visit on Christmas where afterwards he sat down and had pancakes. I love this guy! Tony rocks!

The plumbers arrived promptly, assessed our plumbing needs, identified the problems and fixed the 2/3 that could be repaired on that visit. We did not have our kitchen faucetreplaced as we plan to pick up the part ourselves, as having Fazule plumbing pick it up would be billed at $150/HR. We can pick up our own faucet. I started a timer on my phone when they arrived through them finishing clean up and they spent 1hr and 26min working on our place (including a trip to the store for parts).

We got billed for 2 hours. I figured this is standard practice in the skilled trades, charging a full hour for each fraction of an hour after the previous full hour. Fair enough, but a little rich for a guy like me. For a skilled plumbing job I would consider Fazule Plumbing again, but for something minor I'd save $$ and have a handy man address small problems like simple leaks or replacing faucets.

We used Fazule & Sons recently to replace a shower valve and were incredibly impressed by them. The team is professional, responsive, punctual, and diligent. Our issue was a bit more complicated than expected (couldn't find the part so had to order it online, couldn't get the water calibrated in the first try) so they had to come back over the course of a few days, but they made sure to keep working to get it done right. And their pricing is beyond reasonable--they are truly fair in their charging practices. They'll be our go-to plumbers moving forward, for sure!

We have used Tony and his crew a few times to snake our kitchen sink and shower, however, this time they didn't bring the necessary equipment and had to leave to get the right snake and charged us double what they usually do to snake our kitchen sink. They also used our hose in the yard and left it uncoiled and did not turn it off. Therefore it ran all night without our knowledge.

We've used Fazule for a few smaller projects at our new house - figuring out why our clothes washer wouldn't run on hot, extending piping to flip the position of our washer/dryer, and adding exterior piping so our washer drains directly out of the house instead of into a utility sink. The guys were kind, patient, and honest about pricing. I won't call any other plumber!

Responded quickly to our call about changing parts below our bathroom sink that was causing a leak. Clarified that they'd be wearing masks and expected the same of their customers when I made an appointment. They showed up on time with the parts and additional parts in case they'd be needed, and were professional and personable. Their rates were significantly less than the first plumber we talked to. Highest praise and recommendation for Fazule & Sons! I've used them twice--first for a fairly quick job involving a leaky pipe leading into my water heater, and then for a more complex job that required replacing a leaky water line between my water meter and my house. Both times, they fixed the problem and at a reasonable cost. One thing I like about Fazule & Sons is that they are dependable, reliable, and honest.

Whenever I've called and left a message, I got a call back within the next hour. They show up to your house to do the job on or before they say they will. Tony Fazule explains exactly what he's doing, and his crew are friendly and polite.

I love Tony and his people. He was recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I found him. Super responsive, endlessly hilarious, trustworthy, and gets the job done. For example, I needed a new toilet. Was going to do research, but realized I could just call Tony instead. He suggested where to go and which toilet to get. Got it the next day at 9:30 in the morning, called from the parking lot once it was loaded in, and had plumbers at my house by 11:15 to install it. Less than 24 hours after I called to get advice, I was all set. Highly recommend!

I think it's worth it to just hang out with this guy, but he'll take care of your plumbing needs too - couldn't be better.

We recently bought a new fridge. And while shopping realized it is nearly impossible to find one without an ice maker. Did some quick research online and saw it was reasonable to spend the money to have a water line installed. Started calling around and. the price we thought it would be was triple. Called Tony, and he had Checkers and Travis out to our house same day, for half the price others had estimated.

And on top of that they were friendly, fast, and did beautiful clean work. These guys are our neighbors, and I really felt it. Taking care of the community you live in is a value they uphold and it really shined through.

Great folks to work with. My water heater stopped working early afternoon and I tried to fix it myself but found out I needed to replace a thermal coupler which I don't have parts for and not sure where to get one in a short period of time. Reached out to these guys at 4pm and they came at 5pm. Got the job done in less than an hour and gave me a discount compared to the quoted price since I already loosen the parts for them. Highly recommend for a no frills quick fix.

These guys were nice, clean, fast, and over the top good at what they do. We needed some pretty extensive work and Tony sent four of the best guys over and they knocked it out of the park in a day and a half - all while being super charming and informative about what they were doing. They were also really great with our pets and cleaned up after themselves once the work was done. We are huge fans. Call Fazule every time! I just wish I could give an extra star : A+++++

Dude. Tony and Checkas saved the day. Our washing machine outlet pipe got clogged on Monday afternoon. Holidays, a baby, the smoke from the fires - and then water all over the floor?!?! No good. I called Tony Tuesday morning and he was able to squeeze us in. Checkas and his intern (Patrick?) were there right when Tony said they'd be. They tried a couple of things and finally cleared the clog. Bonus? Their shop is right up the street. I love supporting Oakland business.
