Carlos C. cleared the drains of my sinks(kitchen and bathrooms) very quickly and efficiently, was very thorough in his testing to make sure the drains were flowing well, and gave us plenty of tips to keep our drains as clear as possible. He was very polite, personable, and careful to clean up any mess. We would highly recommend that you ask for him by name for drain clearing!

We called Roto Rooter initially for a toilet issue and they were super prompt, fixed the problem quickly within an hour of my call. The next day we discovered additional issues with our water heater and Al was able to help us out again, advising us on a replacement and he made the install. There was a gas leak from our dryer valve and he fixed that too. We kept him busy and he was great at communicating with us along the way. Very professional, courteous and prompt!

Good: Easy to schedule, arrived at beginning of stated time window, completed work quickly Not So Good: Did not give an estimate before beginning work, and did not tell me the hourly rate. I forgot to ask before work began. Once work was completed, I was given invoice with hourly rate that was much higher than I expected, which I then felt obligated to pay. More clear communication at the onset would have been better.

ASTOUNDING SERVICE FROM JEFF. The company was fully booked and managed to get me on their schedule the same day within less than a few hours. 2 plumbers came out identified where the leak is possible coming from and even spoke to my home insurance company in effort to help me get the cost covered. They were thorough with everything that they did. They were very professional and honest with us regarding the process. I really really appreciate how I was treated. I look forward to completing my work with them.

The technician was great. He was efficient while still answering our questions. He cleared our drains promptly. However, we were told that there repair fee included a camera inspection and that the company would contact us for scheduling. At the time of service, I presented a $50 coupon printed from the company website. The discount wasn't given. I've called the company twice for an adjustment as well as to schedule an inspection. Unsuccessful both times.

Gordon was the plumber that came to my house and he was very friendly and professional. He was very clear before any work was done and how much charges were going to be. He was diligent in his work and very neat. He shut "the timer" off when he had to get supplies so we were only charged for the time he spent in the bathroom working. I would highly recommend this service and I would ask for Gordon if you want a great job done.

The service itself was good, but I don't understand their appointment system. They gave me a window of 10 am-2 pm and said they would call 30 minutes before coming. After 1:30, I called and they said the plumber was on a previous call and would be over right after. I assumed it would mean they'd be 20 minutes late or so; it didn't. I called them back at 3:45 (almost 2 hours outside the window of time they gave me) and they said that a plumber would be over in 20 minutes.
So it wasn't until after 4 that a plumber came. Maybe they need to estimate how much time is spent on the jobs and they need to notify customers of changes in time because *I* had to follow up with them, twice. 1/29: I used them again to unclog a toilet. They were much better about timing and scheduling. It seemed a bit expensive, but my mom was the one who was there, and she is unlikely to contest anything. She told me it was >$600, but it seems the average cost is around $200.
