They came over on a Sunday to look at my problem. Called around to try to find parts for my old water heater. Then we decided to just put a new one in, since mine was 13 years old. They left all decisions up to me and kept me informed. I was very pleased that I had hot water by noon! Yes, I will use them again! Highly Recommend them!

Called to see if anybody was coming to our house to check our plumbing. Told them I called yesterday evening and the guy took down what I told him, didn't tell me if anyone was coming or if I needed to call back. Called today and asked and was told that there was no note and no appointment and said it was probably the answering service and said I'm sorry and hung up on me. Very rude and very poor customer service. Don't know how they're even staying open.

If I could leave less than one star, it would still be too much. My mother has cancer and has been without a draining sewer for 6 days. After 2 days without being able to run water or use the restrooms, we found this company that could have someone that afternoon. He showed up with a 25' snake that was not even close to long enough. After driving 30 miles back to their shop and then back to the house with a 50' snake, they still couldn't find the problem and then he left saying someone would call the next day to reschedule.
After my mother finally got tired of waiting the next day, she called them and the girl that answered was so rude and could have cared less about anything except herself, they finally got someone to the house with a 75' snake. He was able to get some stuff out of the sewer but still unable to get flushing toilets or a draining shower but had to leave suddenly saying he was being dispatched on an emergency call.
Due to chemo treatments the next day appointment had to be rescheduled. On the 5th day of no draining sewer, my mother called to say chemo finished early and could they send someone and was told yes. That is where things went wrong. Being too hot headed and not caring about customers, the owner wanted to talk about documentation he had of me postponing the third appointment and that they never told her they could go ahead and send someone out today instead of tomorrow.
When I explained that my mother has cancer and is on day 6 without a bathroom and has to go to the convenience store and that it would be nice for her situation to be considered an emergency, he told me to find a different company because they would not be going back to fix her problem. Highly unacceptable customer service from everyone except the answering service.
