Larry was very knowledgeable and professional. He really knows his job! He was friendly and courteous and took care of our problems in a timely manner! He explained everything to us very thoroughly before starting the repairs. Next time we need Frank's services, we will be requesting Larry, for sure! Great job! I cannot say enough good things about this company! They came to our rescue on a Saturday and quickly fixed our water leak. Our technician, Rylan Kerce was so professional and knowledgeable as was his assistant that came with him (did not get his name). I love that this company sends a picture and a short bio of your technician prior to them coming. It is a small touch that goes a long way to make people feel at ease.

I had Austin come out to install a new bathtub water supply, replace the pee trap, and set the tub. He was on time and worked on everything I asked him to. He was done in a reasonable time and cleaned up after he was finished. The price was reasonable and best of all it was finished quickly. Services: Plumbing pipe repair, Shower installation

We called Frank's about 3:30 on Good Friday just thinking we would have to set an appointment for the next week because of the holiday. They had a couple of guys Austin and his helper Isaiah coming through after finishing another job. They stopped by about 4:30 ran a snake and got us fixed up in no time. They did a great job and coming by on a holiday weekend we couldn't believe it. Austin and Isaiah were very friendly and went above and beyond to get us fixed up.

Jenson Taylor and his apprentice from Frank's Plumbing were very nice and very efficient in solving my plumbing nightmare. My bathtub and toilet were backed up.and they quickly and efficiently took care of the problem and recommended preventative measures so I wouldn't have to go through this again. I was very impressed with both young men.

This was a difficult situation. Jeremy and Zack were open to reading installation manual, kept me in the loop, we made the best decision given the circumstances and they continued with the re-installation of a free standing tub faucet. Handle is now accessible and faucet stable. All you can ask is good communications and work done with perfection in mind. Will definitely call them next time I need a plumber.

EXCELLENT explanation of needed repairs and gave us 2 options of replacement/repair and prices for each. Very professional. Professionally uniformed. (Soooo not the stereotypical "plumber" types.) The Plumbers are efficient, knowledgeable, on time, clean And know exactly what they are doing. The office staff is courteous and notify you BEFORE The plumbers arrive. Notify you if there is an earlier opening. The plumbers Give estimates and follow it and let you know if there is a problem. Rylan was my plumber today. I highly recommend him 5 stars
