We are happy to work on or replace your Water heater but please do not come out to the work area and speak to the installer for more than necessary. The installer wears a mask and rubber gloves and wipes down the heater after installation. You were looking for HOT WATER HEATERS but if the water is hot, why do you need to heat it?

In 2004 I ended 30 years of being single by meeting and marrying a wonderful woman named Lan. Lan and I, along with my new daughter moved to where I have wanted to live since the early 80's, DeLand Florida. Today we have a solid customer base here in Volusia County as strong as the company I originally started in Pompano Beach.
Often there are emergencies such as flooding situations and older customers, that I must attend to - ASAP. Of course I will always call to inform you if things are off- schedule during the appointment day. If it is an emergency call from a military spouse of a deployed soldier, these are handled as a first priority basis.
Perhaps it's because I actually enjoy talking to customers and not hiding from customers. Frankly, I can't understand why every company doesn't do the same thing. I want to my customer to know that I am going to be the person installing that Water Heater, fixing that leak, or installing a Water Softener.

True Gentlemen! Ken, the owner of Anderson Plumbing showed up same day as I called him, gave me a price and began the hot water heater replacement a day later! Ken Anderson (owner) promptly called me back, very polite and professional. He understood my immediate needs for a new water heater and addressed all of my concerns and questions. He replaced my leaking water heater the very next day. When it came time to write out the invoice, he actually invoiced me for less then what he had originally quoted. That speaks volumes to me about this man's integrity and professionalism. I would recommend him without reservation. I will be sending more business his way when ever I hear of someone in need of a new water heater. Great job to Anderson Plumbing.

After leaving messages and reaching out to almost every plumber I found online with 24 hour service, Ken was able to come out on a Sat night and replace our water heater. He showed up promptly, replaced our leaking unit and finished 15 min earlier than his estimated completion time. Appreciated his responsiveness & service! Service: Water heater installation

My first impression was unacceptable. The owner himself had every excuse possible not to do the job. However I still understood his situation and gave him the benefit of the doubt so we made the appointment for 10:30AM I give a a star because He did show up in time but it was all for nothing. First Words out of his mouth was to complain about the size of the water heater and to top it off makes the statement of "I cannot guarantee installation" because The new unit, "which I purchased" is the same exact one and I should have gone with the tankless heater? Seriously?
What type of pluming business is this? The owner himself is limited! I would never recommend this company. On the contrary, I will make sure anyone I know do not bother looking into this company and They will also let everyone they know not to bother calling this company for any type of business at all.
