WHO WE ARE: PHCC Pinellas Association is the not-for-profit Trade Association that represents professional Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors for Pinellas County in the state of Florida. We are an association that is continuously looking for ways to improve our industry. It is one that recognizes that the contributions of its members are the sole success of the association.

It is a partnership of industry contractors, manufacturers, wholesalers and industry affliliate members who commit to providing business management tools for Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors and other industry professionals.

Membership Report

Contractor members at PHCC Pinellas have a powerful voice for change at the local, state and federal levels. They also take advantage of the great opportunity to discuss common challenges with fellow contractors and to stay abreast of technology and code developments. The Pinellas County contracting firms that make up PHCC Pinellas membership represent men and women who work in the residential, commercial, new construction, industrial and service and repair segments of the Plumbing and HVAC/R industries.

Unlicensed Contractors Report

Many are totally incompetent and lack the experience and training to do the job right. Their financial stability and longevity are questionable - in other words - will they be around in two months to warranty what they repair today?. Many manufacturers will not honor their limited warranties on equipment that is installed by unqualified individuals - especially if it is incorrectly done.
