My house was flooding from my toilet being blocked, we were freaking out. The guy came out and was cool as a cucumber, helped us get the water to stop and go down. They also helped us with getting the water out of the house. We have a long road ahead of us but rooterman saved the day Service: Drain cleaning

Needed an "emergency" shower valve repair on Sunday afternoon. Called and got an appointment for between 4 & 5 PM. Chris arrived at 4:20 and took less than 30 minutes to do the repair with parts that I had already purchased. Charged a reasonable service charge and we are back in business water wise. Chris was very professional and personable.

Where to start. Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to.
I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said "Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY". I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again.
Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again. so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having.
I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said "Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this?" Not Kidding.
This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept!
You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.

My go to plumber! Everyone that works there is so nice! I've never had a bad experience. The prices are great. They come out whenever you need them and always work around your schedule. I called yesterday morning when I got home from work because I had no hot water and they were here that afternoon. Turns out my tank was 18 years old and I needed a new one. They replaced it that day! I was so happy with the price and service as always.
