A nightmare that began with a cut water line on my fridge that I couldn't get to shut off on a Saturday afternoon became a dream come true after my phone call to this business. From my hysterical PLEASE HELP phone call to a plumber at my door was less than an hour! What I thought would be a simple repair, ending up becoming more complicated than anticipated because of my old gaskets needing to be replaced. Throughout the process, the young man "Charlie" dispatched to my call, kept me informed and did a great job getting my problem fixed! Highly recommend this business!

I hired C. Lacey Plumbing to fix an issue I had with the shower in my vacation property in Largo Fl. They took care of the issue the same day and fixed it while I had a guest staying in the property. From the time you call to make the request and the plumbers that perform the job, you notice their professionalism, knowledge and courtesy. Phenomenal Job!

When we called for information, we spoke to Dawn extremely professional, knowledgeable, and amazing customer service! Cody came to do the job. On time, explained what he was going to do, and showed us what he was doing. End result was beautiful. He cut the wall, combine the pipes from 2 handles to 1, changed the showerhead, when he was done you couldn't tell that he cut the wall, and it was so beautiful! I love my shower! Will never call anyone else!

I am very pleased with this company. We have used them probably 4 or 5 times over the years and have always been happy. The latest plumbing issue was handled very nicely by Josh. He was very friendly, fast and courteous. He does his job very well and he takes pride in what he does and takes care of his customers. He is very knowledgeable and I was very impressed. Everyone at C Lacey Plumbing has always treated us very well and are fair with their pricing. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing service.

C Lacey Plumbing replaced a toilet flange that had been incorrectly installed and as a result broke. It was necessary to concrete around the flange before they could repair the broken pieces. Therefore, the work took place over multiple days. Cody, the technician, made sure the workspace was kept clean, showed up when scheduled, explained the process along the way and did a terrific job. A great overall experience, from a great service provider.

Very honest plumbing company. Don't be afraid to call them for plumbing jobs you need. Mr Lacey is very honest and helpful. Their rate per hour are fair and their plumbers were able to find and fix the problem within an hour. I am very happy with my experience. Thank you.

I can't tell you how happy I was with their same day service and knowledge with the work they do. Josh and Charlie We're both pleasant and professional and kind enough to answerer all my concerns with possible future plumbing issues. Their cost is very reasonable, and I'm so relieved after speaking with these two young men, they left leaving me feel confident about our 54 year old plumbing.

Cody did an amazing job replacing my shower faucet. Because he took special care and very carefully carved out a large area needed for access, he didn't cause any damage and I didn't need tile repair, which saved me money. No show, no call. A zero in my book. They had a 2 hour window, but nothing. When I called the office, the contractor didn't answer his phone.

I year has passed and this company has shown professionalism and reliability time and time again. I use them for my plumbing needs as well as refer them to my buyers and sellers. I have heard raving review from everyone that I refer them to. Call them you can not go wrong.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I dealt with sewage backing up into my bath tub for four days. These guys came out the first day and snaked through the roof. I showed them the catch drain behind my house and they did not snake it from there. LESS THAN 24 HOURS LATER the same issue came back. They came back out and did the same thing.

They double charged me for a job the didn't complete. $370! This company then told me that I would have to have them run a camera and some special head down the drain and that it would cost $850! LESS THAN 24 HOURS after the second time they came out, IT HAPPENED AGAIN! I spoke with the owner and he told me that they can not warranty their work. THAT IS SUPER SCARY!

I would not EVER let these people step foot on any property I own. They clearly have no idea what they are doing. I have ZERO plumbing experience and went to Home Depot and rented a Roto-Rooter and within 20 minutes of doing it myself, the problem was fixed! This company is completely worthless and they will try to take advantage of you when you are in a desperate situation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have used a lot of plumbers clearing clogs my tenant was causing. Wayne was #11, the third to camera the lines, the first to find a disconnect at the city line. My tenant was flushing no flushable items but still happy to have the city problem fixed. He was patient, thorough, and professional. Thanks for your good work. Thanks to Dawn in the office who fit us in their tight schedule.

I was forced to give this company a 1 star but I give this company a Zero star. They have very poor customer service and a habit of not showing up or give you a call. They said a plumber would be at my house between 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm on a Friday. I had to take my vacation time for the afternoon to wait on them. They never showed up for the appointment and they did not call.

I called them up and they said they would give me a call back on what happened. After 45 minutes, I called them again and this time I got an answering service that said if you leave a message, they would call you back within 5 minutes. I left a message and no body has yet to call me. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
