The repairman was prompt. I was given a heads up that he would be early. He also went above and beyond replacing the water heater and tap, but cleaned the floor in the utility closet and replaced a hose on the washing machine. A gentleman showed up to take a look at the work. We discussed what was going on and as he was looking at the plumbing doing his thing I went to work with my contractors that were on property. After about 10 or 15 minutes with the contractors I went back to check to see what the plumber thought and the gentleman had disappeared from the property. Never said anything to me I never heard back from scotto's and I never received an estimate. A waste of my time and company time.

Ryan and James did 3 things for us -- fixed a shower leak, installed a new touchless kitchen faucet, and installed a new dual vanity (replacing a single vanity). They were extremely professional and also very pleasant. When there was a small issue with vanity, they came out the next morning and fixed it quickly. This was the first time we needed a plumber in Belleair Beach, and we won't hesitate to call Scotto's the next time. Thank you!

I had a slow flushing, not quite filling toilet. The gentleman they sent out was prompt and courteous and explained everything as he went. Very professional and kept my home clean as he worked.
