Critical: Quality Sitting here without hot water for the 3rd time in 4 months. I bought a brand new house just over a year ago with a brand new Rinnai tankless water heater. It has stopped working yet again. our builder calls these guys but they just simply can't do what their supposed to do. Stay away Service: Water heater repair

Brand new house, they plumbed it all. Kitchen faucet fails in first year and is warrantied. It is replaced. Fine. Within a year the replacement fails and is not warrantied, call the manufacturer of the faucet, we can't help. Why? No answer. Bad business decision. I would have used them for other plumbing needs in my house since they installed it all, now there's not a chance and I'll certainly try and make sure no one I know uses them.

I worked for Ridgeway they neglected a back injury. They deliberety put me in jobs requiring help and made me do myself. They said my injury led me to quiting. I didn't quit. I.was given options including resignation or to be fired. They denied me of benefits. I am now permanently disabled. Thanks to all my co workers and friends

Critical: Responsiveness I understand COVID-19 concerns but Ridgeway refused to fix my shower even if we volunteered to vacate the house. They waited one month to come then said another 7-10 days to order parts. Every other service provider had a protocol for safely entering the home, Comcast, AC, etc. but not Ridgeway. Very disappointed in their service!

I hired Ridgeway to do four projects at my home. Two of these involved fixing toilets - one that would run continuously and one that would run intermittently. They had to come back several times to work on both toilets. Every mechanic who came was very polite. Each time they left, the toilet appeared to be working, but within a week they would start running again. Yesterday the mechanic who came replaced some of the plumbing in the back of the toilet. So far, so good.
