Very prompt and wonderful service. I really appreciated that I was shown what repairs were being done as soon as they occurred. Dominick was in constant contact letting me know when he was going to arrive and if there would be an delays. Would happily use this service again!

My parents were visiting from out of the country and when I was out of the house, they called me in a panic with the toilet overflowing and flooded basement. I called Dominic during this stressful situation, and not only did he give me a quick fix over the phone, he was able to come home and diagnose the issue and repair it immediately. Dominick at Sinks-N-Sumps was outstanding and I look forward to referring his services to others. I called on him, leaving him a message, which he promptly returned approximately 20 minutes later. Dominick adjusted his schedule enabling him to address my overflowing toilet immediately. Dominick's prompt response and attention were greatly appreciated. Furthermore, his services were extremely thorough, performing several checks which proved valuable as we thought we had the issue resolved, only to determine on the final check that there was still a lingering issues. Dominick was amazing. So helpful, so quick to respond to our call, and very knowledgable. He came out to fix a leak in our faucet, one with which we had multiple problems before. Turns out none of the other plumbers could figure out that it was the entire faucet/hose that was the problem and it was sprouting leaks from everywhere! I felt like he really helped me understand the issue at hand and the possible solutions and wasn't trying to talk me into something. Would highly recommend!

Dominick came to our house this afternoon to clean a drain in a clogged sink. We tried calling several other plumbers and no one else got back to us. Dominick answered the phone right away and was able to schedule a house call the same day. He was easy to communicate with via text message and email and called when he said he would to let us know he was coming.

The work itself was taken care of professionally and the sink is now working perfectly. Dominick also inspected our sump and ejector pumps while he was here (for no extra charge!) and found that the battery on our sump pump was out of water and indicated that it may need to be replaced. He filled the battery up with water and gave me instructions on how to check to make sure it works.

He also gave me instructions on how to replace the battery on my own if it did not work. In my experience it is not common for a contractor to help a homeowner find ways to avoid having to pay for extra services and truly speaks to Dominick's honesty. I will certainly use Sinks-N-Sumps again.

Dominick was extremely helpful and great to work with. He walked me through the diagnosis, explained how he would fix it and did so in a timely manner. I will definitely be calling Dominick next time I have any plumbing needs.

Dominic got out to my place same day (after I tried three other companies who had a wait). I was not sure what I would get, but he texted me on his way and arrived early. He was able to fix a kitchen sink supply line problem in less than an hour. He explained the problem, told me what the likely cause was, and suggested that a fix was cheaper and faster than a replacement. I trust Dominick and now I know I have a go-to plumber.
