Patrick O'Connor was our assigned plumber. He came quick and remedied our flood in the basement quickly. Patrick was also very professional throughout his entire visit to our home. Patrick installed a sump pump, back up pump, and an ejector pump. He provided a great service and the install was quality. He also took the time to show me how to operate the pump and what to be aware of. Because of the service Patrick provided we will only do business with Precision Today for all our plumbing needs. Precision Today is awesome! From start to finish they are extremely responsive. Steve came out today and fixed both of my bathtub drains. He was very professional, and he made sure that work area was spotless before he left. Also. Gina the customer service rep that set the appointment for me recommend their Zero problem protection plan which I am a huge fan cause not only do I get an extended warranty on parts and a lot more I also didn't have to pay for a trip charge today. I highly recommend these guys!

After our waterproofing company said they do not handle gray water equipment (we need a pump replaced in a sink drain ejector pit), I read reviews for various plumbers in the area. I wanted to focus on Chicago-based companies that specialize in plumbing services, and Precision's reviews from the past 12mos or so have been stellar, so I gave them a call. Said multiple times that their plumbers are all licensed and bonded, and will arrive in a "mobile store" full of equipment so they can hopefully address my needs immediately. Turns out they had an opening that afternoon, and Steve B came out.

While it's hard to summarize how great Steve was, I'll try: friendly, personable, professional, considerate, analytical, frank, and punctual. All his work was top notch, and even took care of some things that other waterproofing companies did not do well on our last installation for a different part of the house. Now we're considering doing a couple more things around the house with them, working with Steve exclusively of course! Precision Today is every bit as advertised as far as being available right away, and having outstanding professionals working for them. I won't stop referring Precision and Steve to literally anyone who'll listen if they have any plumbing or sump pump needs. Thanks to them both!

Been looking up pricing for outdoor licensed plumbing service in the area, Precision Today are very responsive, they contact me for appointment schedule like immediately, they email me ahead the profile picture of the plumber they are sending out, which I feel comfortable and security to open the door. He show up super on-time, and understand what project we needed to be done, give us some professional advice and explain everything very detail, he also show me the images of what materials they will use for the project on his tablet. and he is able to provide quote within the appointment. Highly recommended.

During installation of a new gas dryer the service techs became apprehensive about removing some DIY gas pipe fittings the previous homeowner employed to connect the old dryer. The service techs left the old dryer in place and left the new dryer in the garage. Called Precision and they assigned Carl to remove the fittings. To call Carl magnificent is an understatement.

He not only removed the moored fittings, but updated the piping, removed a basin sink, and helped me move the old dryer and connect the new dryer. All while being informative and personable. Precision has at minimum 10yrs of goodwill from me because of Carl's above and beyond service and knowledge. Use Precision and ask for Carl. You won't be disappointed.

TJ was awesome, helpful, very friendly and professional. We showed and explained everything to him, he looked it all over, gave us the estimate and we consented, no problem! It's worth it to have the peace of mind that you will have a job well done and that the staff at this company, both reception and technicians, are wonderful people who are very helpful and attentive, as well as prompt. We now have the use of our kitchen sink and dishwasher again! 6 thumbs up from the humans and one happy, wagging doggy tail here!

The plumber we had Russell was amazing! He was excellent and I would recommend him to anyone. And the service was great. The price was more than I expected but they offer d options and additional services that will help me with even more services down the road. Again, Russell was excellent sharing and explaining those options. I later spoke with Michelle and she was just as excellent to work with on the over all project. Excellent service, excellent people.

Precision Today's customer service is terrific and their plumber Dean is one of the best tradesmen I've worked with in recent years. He was on time, professional, courteous and tidy. Just as important, he was very patient and thoroughly explained the problem to my 80 yr old mother, who was without hot water for days. Fortunately for her, Dean was able to diagnose the issue, locate a water tank/heater and install it by the end of the day. I would highly recommend Dean and Precision Today.

Patrick was awesome. I have used Precision Today several times and I have always impressed with their technicians. Patrick was no exception. He was on time, communicative, and professional. He took the time to explain his process and then explained the solutions. He wasn't pushy or "sale-sy". I feel he made an honest assessment of our plumbing issue and gave us the quotes to get it repaired. He did a great job!

They did a great job. Patric came over looked at the job wrote up a estimate for the job. He was here 3 hrs on a tough stubborn toilet installation that had a lot of issues. He was friendly and polite and cleaned up the room when done. He did the job the right way and if I had done it.it would have never turned out well at all. I will use them again.
