Called Jim Dhamer Plumbing for a suspected toilet leak. I was initially told there was no available slot. However, the repairman gave me a call when he unexpectedly finished one of his jobs early not too far from my place. They were very courteous to start with. They found the leak within 15 mins and fixed it neatly. They explained nicely, what was the issue and what's being done. They cleaned the place after their job. Very professional. Would recommend them any day.

Alex came to My home today to unclog floor drain he was very professional very informative explained everything that he was doing very polite after running all the toilets upstairs downstairs shower he wanted to play safe and routed floor drain in the utility room and everything is running perfect this is not the first time Alex been to our home to help us out and we appreciate him and Dahmer Plumbing for always being there every time we needed something done in a timely fashion we appreciate you all thank you

I've used Jim Dhamer on 3 different occasion. Twice to have my main line unclogged. Both times they were able to come to my home ahead of the proposed time. My third experience, they installed a new whole house shut off valve, repaired my tub overflow pipe and a sink shut off valve. The tub and sink was work done by a previous contractor that did a horrible job. Jim Dhamer's team made it all right. Very professional and courteous group of people. I would recommend them to anyone needing small to big jobs completed.

I called Dhamer Plumbing because of a somewhat urgent problem with drainage from a bathroom sink. Tom and Nate came that same day, did an excellent job fixing the sink and replacing a short section of the drainage pipe, and also fixed two other long-standing problems. Tom was very informative and explained everything about what they were doing. Charges were totally reasonable. I strongly recommend them.

I had 2 small repairs that most plumbers could have fixed, but I'm giving them 5 stars because of their professionalism. John and Payton were friendly, polite, and after explaining their first hour flat fee and finishing my repairs in under 30 minutes, they asked what else needed fixing. They also continued asking me the questions and giving me the updates even after my boyfriend appeared. Seems like a small thing until you've had the opposite happen. I will definitely call them for future plumbing issues.
