Have used Universal multiple times for multiple services big and small! Great work and advice during each visit. Would highly recommend them. My most recent interaction involved a shower drain cleaning. They came out within 48 hours of me calling to request an appointment, I got both texts and a call when they were on their way, and they were quick to resolve our issue!

The plumber even helped describe how I can remove our drain cover so I can keep it clean myself plus let me know the drain was getting clogged due to a soap we were using. I always feel like I have a partner collaborating with me when they come out to service our home.

We had a leak upstairs that was coming down through the kitchen ceiling. Bryce quickly found the source of leak and had it fixed in the same visit. Had a previous visit and the problem returned a week later. Still a little unhappy that was charged for clearing the vent stack and then charged again to clear the clogged drain and diagnose the real issue. Glad the issue was fixed and your team did a fine job replumbing the drain. I wish the repairs included repairing the drywall that had to be removed.

Our water heater went out over the weekend and universal had someone out the next morning to assess the situation. Within 24 hours I had all of my issues fixed and a new water heater installed. We had some issues with what we suspected to be frozen pipes, so we called Universal Plumbing to come take a look. The plumber, Mark M, had very helpful advice and let us know that for our specific situation, it would be better to consider taking preventative measures rather than have any work done at present. Bryce arrived on time and was courteous, friendly and professional. He got right to work and finished the jobs quickly and efficiently.
