Couldn't be happier with the service. Just had the hot water tank replaced for the second time with this company today (December 30th 2021). The last one lasted a little over 9 years. Could have fixed the bad one for about half the cost of a new one so I knew it was best to just replace it. They agreed and I couldn't be happier with the services received.

There's a reason I called them for repeat service. Very professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely. Plan on still being in this house for the next 10+ years so I will be calling them again when it's due for the next water tank.

I told them I had new parts but found out after they had left that the parts were gone, so I cannot return them for nearly $30. Two people walked throughout my house multiple times spreading who-knows-what from their work boots. While they worked, I heard water running with full force for 15+ minutes. I asked, and he said he had left a basement faucet open (it had nothing to do with the problem).

Only after I asked what was running did he turn it off. He knew, but had not bothered to shut it off. I did not even know they had gone into that room. They repaired two toilets and flushed each one 10-12 times. They turned on every light even just to walk through one room to another in the daytime and left the lights on wherever they had been. No respect toward my home or utility bills.

After the repair, one toilet did not stop refilling. I called for another appointment. He called back at a wrong number, did not reach me, so he did not show, and I was left waiting for three hours before figuring they were not coming. I had to call them again and set up yet another day. Another plumber fixed it, but only after flushing it 24 times. Yes, I counted.

I realize he needed to see what the issue was, but surely he could diagnose it without 24 flushes. I did tell him, "You're killing my water bill", but that did not change anything. After them leaving a tap open and approximately 45 more flushes than usual, I don't want to see the next bill. I asked for a refund of $30 for the parts and considering the other issues including their no-show and two call backs. After a week, I still have not heard from them. I will not use their service again. Edit: water bill for that period was 150% of what it usually is.

Great guy named Patrick came to my house. He solved the problems with my main sewer line within an hour. Literally made my day after a literally sh*tty (smelling) Friday night. I was skeptical to hire a professional after hearing your typical horror stories & what-not. I am very glad I did, the prices were very affordable. Thank you Patrick!

I would not recommend from my experience. They were supposed to arrive between 12-2. Showed up at 4:30. I had sent pictures of my issue prior to my appointment. When they arrived they said they would not be able to fix- it was an appliance issue. They charged me $50 to tell me they could not fix when I had sent pictures of exactly what was wrong. Oh and they did not wear shoe protectors in my home which is so unprofessional! Dirty boots on new carpet does not make me a happy customer.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality Misdiagnosed problem even after punching a hole in the wall. All they had to do was to turn the kitchen sink to see where the leak was coming from. As I suggested. However they knew better. Naaaah. Then gave me a bill for almost $300.

Called in about water backing up into kitchen sink and laundry sink, got a quote and appointment scheduled for following day. The plumber was great. Didn't waste time, did the job right, and gave some advice on plumbing issues as well. I forgot his name now but he had a big beard. It's been weeks and no issues.

Man! They saved my night shift. A nice lady (Kim) answered the phone. Said she would call me back. In 10 min she called, and 15 Min later Patrick showed up on his Birthday even! Had back up in no time at all. Thank you! All About Plumbing get my vote!

My landlord hired them to fix a sink for me. My appointment time was at 9 am. It's now past noon and no one has showed up. I called the company and they said they would be there in about 15-20 minutes. No apology or anything! I'm so incredibly frustrated. I had to miss meetings at work. I don't understand how you can be 3 hours late. Next time, I'll hire my own plumber!

We, luckily, met the owner years back one night at Home Depot. He asked us what our issue was, as he overheard us attempting to half do a plumbing project some other company way over quoted us on. Long story short, our project was solved by All About Plumbing at half the price we were quoted by another company. It's the only place I have called since. They have solved several issues in my house over the years. They came out to my house today, on short notice, to fix some new issues. I trust only them!

After I used them, I recommended them to a friend. They came out, snaked a drain and presumably unclogged it. 3 weeks later, the same issue occurred. They only guaranteed their work for 3 days. The owner offered little information for why this issue recurred and stated that there would be another full charge for them to come out. I recommend spending your money elsewhere. If not, you'll learn the second time.

I have been a customer of All About Plumbing for over 6 years, for my home and business. I am always very happy with their service, promptness and ability to clear up a situation. I have recommended this company to a few clients and they were happy as well. I highly recommend All About Plumbing.

Used company on several occasions. Owner Dennis def lacks in customer service needs. After coming out assessing my sewage drains overflowing, I scheduled return repair for following morning. The two plumbers they sent out claimed they needed access to an unaccessable drain (due to age of home) to solve the problem. After making the drain accessible, and taking a day off work to wait, All About Plumbing was a no call no show.! Called and spoke with Dennis again (4pm), who said I never scheduled the return visit (scheduled immediately after his plumber left). Dennis gave me the repair window between 11-1pm, When I called (4pm) re the NCNS Dennis said he would "look into it and try to have someone out asap".

Never heard back. Great customer service buddy! 2 days of waiting on All About Plumbing for my foul smelling SEWAGE backup was completed within 2 hours by Art with A & M plumbing, who was able to clear the drains, without needing the un-accessable drain. A & M also noticed a serious potential problem and notified me, so I could notify City immediately for repair. Art will have my referrals and business from now on.
