James & Justin were awesome. My main drain for my house backed up and caused major issues as you can guess. They showed up within 45 mins of me calling. And in no time had my drain cleared. On Monday afternoon, I was having cabinets installed. I had a last minute issue that would have delayed my remodel. Within an hour of calling them, they sent someone out and the problem was fixed! Quick and cheap. I will be using them for my other sewer issues eventually. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! They did mention they are typically 2+ weeks out but had a cancellation, but I am so grateful for them.

We had a clogged sewer line. After two other companies tried to unclog it unsuccessfully (it is not that the other companies were bad but I don't think they had the right equipment for my job), I called Young's Plumbing. Despite being busy, they worked me into their schedule and they managed to unclog the line in one run of a cable with a cutter attachment then they ran it through several more times to make sure that it was completely cleaned out.
I am very appreciative that they had the equipment and the expertise to complete the job. The sound of the water going done was probably the best sound that I have ever heard. They also gave me some recommendations to prevent it from happening again. Thank you Devin and Chuck for the great job that you did on our line.

A while back on a holiday weekend I had a leak in my basement Youngs plumbing fit me in their schedule and had one of their professionals come out and make everything right. I was soo pleasesed With how professional and friendly James was that I called them back To do a few more Things. this time two gentlemen Devon and chuck came out with the same professional friendly service that I have now found the plumbing company that I will use the rest of my life. Highly recommended.

We just had such a great experience with Devin and Justin. Our bathtub stopped draining and we also had some gurgling going on, they immediately diagnosed and fixed the bathtub drain and also took the initiative to extensively look into the gurgling and diagnose that issue as well. They needed another part, and were quick to get it and completely fixed everything by lunchtime. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend!

Had them come out to find a leak in a shower. Was told on the phone that "it is probably the shower curtain". They came out, didn't find the leak, changed me $110.00 said, must be the shower curtain. Turns out the tub spout was leaking, had to diagnose it myself. I think for that kind of money they could have taken the time to find the real issue, they left the situation the same as they found it and left me $110.00 less in my wallet.

My pilot light on my water heater wouldn't stay lit. Rachel from the office was terrific and made sure she worked around my schedule to get someone out here same day. The technical was really nice and explained everything he was doing and what he believed the problem was along with best solution. The next day, Rachel followed up to see how things were.
The pilot light still wouldn't light but since it's under warranty, I called Sears to send a tech out to fix the problem and replace the parts. She offered to send a technician out anyway for no charge just to see if he could get it lit again for a temporary solution. Quick, Efficient & Excellent Customer Service. I have used them for years and will continue to.
