Fuller Plumbing is the model of professionalism. They explained what they were going to do, and why. They scheduled their work around my schedule. They were prompt, efficient, courteous and reasonably priced. They had to remove a section of my porch to repair the water line, and when they completed the job, I couldn't tell that the porch had been disturbed. I will recommend them to everyone I know in need of a plumber, and I will not hesitate to use them the next time I need a plumber.

We used Fuller Plbg to install a Water Heater and regulator after moving here in September 2021. Since they did a great job with that, we had them come out and install a shower cartridge to correct a shower head drip. We called Fuller because our 3 year old water heater stopped working. Gary came out, and explained in detailed what the problem was. He was also very experienced with our brand and the warranty process. We ended up deciding to go tankless. Gary not only completed the install, but he also hooked up the lines for our utility sink! Not to mention he's simply a super nice guy! We will be using Fuller again for our bathroom upgrade and basement finish. And will definitely request Gary by name.

Was quoted $900 + $210 service charg For a shower gasket repair from another plumber. Fuller came in and fixed it with no service charge for $300! In and out in 45 minutes. Will be a repeat customer if I ever need more plumbing work done! Service: Shower repair

Before they came out, they were really helpful over the phone, walking me through a few things to try to save me a trip charge. When he did come out he quickly figured what our problem probably was and replaced some parts on our toilet. He also said don't pay him unless it looks like that fixed the problem! We had a pipe that was trickling water outside and could not figure out the reason. I saw a listing for Fuller Plumbing while doing a Google search and, after reading a few reviews, decided to give them a shot. The process could not have been easier. I booked the appointment online and I received prompt instructions of what to expect. On the day of the appointment, Gary sent a text saying he was on the way.

Less than an hour after arriving at the house, he had seen the problem, explained the job needed, gave me a quote, fixed the problem, then left, making me one happy customer. There was no problem paying with credit card and within minutes he had emailed to me an itemized bill and receipt. Easy! This guy knows how to run a business. I thought the price was fair and I am happy to support a local business that provides excellent service. I will be calling Gary for any plumbing services I may need in the future.

Gary was great. Very professional, responsive, clean and courteous. I would definitely consider using him again. My only criticism might be this his price on my repair seemed higher than I would have expected, but I did not go to the trouble of getting comparable quotes.

I called several plumbers before coming across Fuller. I got answering machines and no calls. I called Fuller on a Saturday and Gary answered and set me up for the following Monday. I received a text Monday AM letting me know he was on the way. Gary was very professional with a no BS install. Pricing was on par with the website and I felt it was fair. Gary answered his phone right away and was able to get to us the next morning. Our problem turned out to be something other than a plumbing issue, but he did several inspections on the plumbing to determine that. Neat appearance, polite, and professional. Will call him again if (when) I need him.

We wanted to get a tankless water heater installed as well as needed our PRV valve replaced. We had a couple of the big guys come out to do quotes. We got a word of mouth recommendation to check with Fuller and I'm glad that I did. Greg not only saved us thousands he was friendly, knowledgeable and worked throughout the day to get the work done. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. I would not hesitate to recommend or call Fuller again for plumbing work.

Fuller plumbing is the best! I have used them on multiple projects, in two different homes. I don't trust anyone else. This is a man of his word and someone you can trust. Not to mention his work his is top notch. He will go above and beyond for you.
