I had a walk in shower installed to replace my bathtub. Jeffery Nunn did an outstanding job. From start to finish the experience was very professional.

BathExpress remodeled of our master bath in October. Jim listened to my thought son what we wanted and presented three possible designs with pros and cons and costs. Once the decision was made designer was very helpful in selecting materials. Our budget was kept in mind with regard to options. Tony, project manager, was professional and took pride in his work.

He listened to my concerns and made suggestions. Tony kept the area as clean as possible and informed us of what would be accomplished each day. We have an attractive master bathroom to enjoy.

We have used Custom by BathExpress to remodel our two full bathrooms and all aspects of their work have been outstanding. Jim and Mary Jo were extremely knowledgeable, patient and creative working with us on the project design and budget and Tony was superb and very skilled in carrying out the project execution. BathExpress did a complete remodel of our large master bath in August. They were our first and only choice, since we had worked with them on another remodel three years ago. We have had a full bath and a powder room remodeled by BathExpress and the experience was excellent. Both rooms turned out beautifully and the work was done exactly on schedule. We love our three completely remodeled bathrooms! Working with BathExpress was a delightful experience. Within 30 minutes of walking into its Fairfax showroom, we knew we had come to the right place (and we had gotten estimates from contractors and done some shopping around). BathExpress really was the one-stop source for transforming each of our 1968-era bathrooms.

The designer was sharp, creative, and kind. We especially needed advice and direction because our three bathrooms are relatively small, none has a window, and all needed a complete overhaul. The BathExpress showroom had a wide selection of all products but thankfully did not overwhelm us with too many choices. After brainstorming with BathExpress folks about ideas and settling on plans, we were pleased with the price - very reasonable given all we were asking for.

Once work began, all of the folks involved - including plumbers, carpenters, electricians, and tile installers - were professional, reliable, respectful, on time, careful to clean up each day, and deeply caring about their work. All made sure we were happy every step of the way. Because BathExpress is a one-stop source, we could relax and let BathExpress coordinate everything.

This was a big advantage for us, especially with three bathrooms to rebuild and given our own busy schedules. This really is a key point: We didn't have to routinely be home during the work (and take time off from jobs and other appointments) to manage the project because BathExpress took care of all the managing and coordinating for us. BathExpress did the renovations smoothly and quickly, never getting bogged down.

The quality and craftsmanship is first rate and high quality: What we saw in the showroom translated directly into "real life" in our house. We had a terrific experience with our bathroom remodel using BathExpress! The employees are all extremely helpful in the showroom with picking out all of the cabinets, tiles, and hardware. The contractors were efficient, clean, and the bathroom looks great.
