Great First time using Earl Gray & Sons Plumbing and will not be the last. Nothing but good things to say from the first call I made to the tech coming out and fixing the issue. Courteous, on_time, great work!

I have used Earl Gray & Son's Plumbing a few times and they have been great. My most recent interaction with them was to replace my backup sump pump battery. The tech Chris Rios was outstanding, very professional and made sure to clean up the area before he left even went as far as making sure the cabling for system was not tangled up and plugged in on the appropriate wall outlet.

My mothers water heater stopped working and she called Earl Gray. The sent a tech out and they told her she needed a new water heater. The told her it would be $2716 to replace it. Once I found out I called another company out since the water heater was only 3 years old. That tech found the element was bad and fixed it for $329. Earl Gray tried to scam an 81 year old widowed female.

I called to cancel the new water heater and they tried to act like it was too late to cancel. I then got a call from Mark Gray telling me they had a contract singed and I could not cancel it. When I told him they were scamming an old lady he become belligerent and you could tell he had been drinking any started to swear at me. Stay very far away from Earl Gray & Sons!

Chris showed up right on schedule and was very fast and efficient in replacing the garbage disposal. I have used Earl Gray a number of times over the years and they always have done a great job for me. Can't recommend them enough! Services: Garbage disposal repair, Garbage disposal installation

Chris Rios was actually our serviceman, but his name was not available on the selection list. Sorry Rusty. He was super professional, very kind and offered suggestions to avoid possible issues in the future. He came in, diagnosed the problem, changed out the broken part, and made sure everything was tested fully before he left. I will be sure to request him if I ever need plumbing service in the future.

I want to also give a shout out to a fabulous office staff. I had several conversations with Julie and a couple with Cindy. They were both very pleasant and welcoming. What a great business family they must have. Thank you all for your help with our Rheem Hot water Tank.

This company has made multiple errors during the build of our home. They continue refusing to take ownership for their mistakes. We continue to have plumbing errors one year after completion of the home building process, and they continue to refuse to take ownership for THEIR mistakes. They bill the customer for every last service fee they find, even when it IS COVERED UNDER WARRANTY. Kim is very disrespectful and rude on MULTIPLE phone calls I have held with her. I would highly recommend using another plumbing company when possible!

Unfortunately I hired these guys to install a commercial water heater along with a existing one. Nothing but problems! The water heaters are in parallel but they cut the pipes off center I had them come back out and they tried to sell me another water heater smh all I needed was the pipes cut the proper length. They need more training or better quality employees, management

Had some issues with our older on-demand water. Called Earl Gray and Sons to get a quote for a new one. From the first visit for site inspection all the way through installation was a very professional experience. Service manager arrived on time and provided a quote. The 2 installers showed up on time and were very friendly. This was a commercial installation requiring 2 water heaters daisy chained and tied into our filtration system.

The installers got here and spent all day making the system look and perform absolutely beautifully. They exceeded our expectations in every way. Earl Gray and Sons will be my first phone call going forward for all of plumbing needs.

I called Earl Gray & Sons to sign up for a maintenance program. I called their office and was able to set up this program with no problem in under 5 minutes conversation. Kye showed up on time and on the date we agreed. He introduced himself and we talked about his expertise. He explained what he was going to do and how he would do it in an easy-to-understand manner.

He drained my water heater, checked sum pump, water softener and all faucets and toilets of the house. Once he finished, he explained what he did and that everything looked good, what to do and not to do. His expertise gave the piece of mind I was looking for when it comes to plumbing. I highly recommend signing the 2-year plan. My house was built in 2014, Earl Gray & Sons was the preferred plumbing contractor for Ryland Homes.

They installed all the plumbing in my house, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. They are a great company with true knowledge and expertise on residential and commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance and installation. I have no hesitation recommending them for any type of plumbing needs. I hope this helps you stop searching and go with the pros.

Jake was great! He arrived right on time, and I liked getting the text ahead of time with his picture.a nice added layer of security. He evaluated my tankless water heater and made recommendations for how to address the problem. He was very thorough and patient in explaining the issue and how to address it, and he didn't just jump to the approach that would make the most money for the company (and that might not have actually fixed the problem). I will be a repeat customer, no matter the outcome of this issue!

Was awaken this morning by the drip drip of a hot water heater leak, called Earl Gray &Sons and they sent Jake to the rescue! Jake was better than a "Good Neighbor" and got us repaired in no time. He took the time to explain what happened and reviewed the warranty promise and service they offer. Very happy we called.

I can't speak highly enough of Earl Gray and Sons! After Mr Quick attempted to swindle us out of $4200 claiming we needed a new hot water heater when we had a house full of guests, The Earl Gray team came in to fix the salt encrusted sensor for only $100! A $4100 savings! Thank you Earl Gray & Sons for being fair and honest! We will call no other company when we have a plumbing or hot water heater issue. You have certainly earned our business!

This is the worst plumbing service I have ever used. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. Staff acts like they don't want to be working so they do a crappy job fast and quick.

Our Septic pump went out and from assessing the problem, quoting and completing the job, Earl Gray communicated and performed above our expectations. I made a help phone call to Earl Gray in the morning after noticing a smell of gas around the fireplace in our new home. The lady that picked up the phone was attentive, and understanding. A technician was with us in pretty good time and fixed the problem (a bad connection). Later on the same day I made a second call for a similar problem (not the same source of leak), and had another technician come out and deal with another leak. Both guys were very timely, professional, and courteous. I would recommend earl Gray and Sons.
