Everything they do they clearly have explained our options and worked with us on scheduling and making sure their work is to perfection in a timely manner.

We have had a ton of work done in the last 6 months at our 9k sq ft home i.e Drain cleaning, Drain Jetting, locating and installing clean out access, repairing and securing a falling cast iron kitchen sink, fixing leaks, installation of 3 hot water heaters and more! Tim, Greg, Kevin, Chayenne, Eli, Tony, Jake, and others were just some of the stellar people that were so kind, great with our dogs, and so helpful with every concern and issue we have had! Choose this company! You wont be disappointed!

Kevin is the best and I highly recommend core plumbing. They came to the house and addressed my issue very quickly and professionally.

My elderly parents didn't know how to find a good contractor for a sink repair, so they asked me to help - which lead me to Core Plumbing. Tori responded to all my questions via yelp and made me feel at ease with having them come out and provide an estimate. Toni from core plumbing came out the next day and my parents found him to be both an amazing plumber and a delightful person to work with.

He explained all the items that needed repair and provided all the materials within the quote. Overall they gave Toni and Core Plumbing 5 stars and their expectations were exceeded. They wanted me to say that they highly recommend Core Plumbing!

We called Core Plumbing to get some assistance with our low flow kitchen faucet that had always given us issues. We had the pleasure of working with Kevin who was absolutely the best person to work with. Kevin was extremely professional, personable and kind. He walked us through the process with honesty and we felt like we were in good hands. He was very good at explaining what was going on!

We ended up needing to replace our whole faucet which was not in our plans but everything ended up working great. Kevin did a great job and we would love to work with him again in the future.

I believe my husband found Core Plumbing on Yelp pre-covid and we are so happy with them ever since. Our water heater went out in the summer of 2019. After reading the great reviews on Yelp, we got Core out here to help us. We decided to upgrade from a traditional water heater and go tankless (a dream of my husband's). Core recommended the Rinnai system and boy is it nice!

As a millennial anything with an app makes me happy. You had me at "It has an app!' The job took a few days, but the team put in a cute little temporary water heater so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. A week of cold showers was not ideal. But they took care of us. Three years later, our system threw us an error. Instead of having Core come out and take a look at it, I made the mistake and found a different vendor. Unfortunately, they ruined the system with some foreign flushing agent.

Lesson learned to always go with the folks who installed it first. Core got out to use in record time. I think they even sent the same team we had back in 2019. The only reason I remember is because they were like 6'5". Me being 5 feet you take notice when someone can touch your ceiling like it was a completely normal thing to do. LOL Tony was awesome.

They got us on our way in record time. I was surprised they found a new system the same week. Thank goodness no more cold showers. The workmanship is top-notch. From start to finish they were helpful, not condescending, and even allowed my husband to record Tony explaining all the dodads of the Rinnai system so we can refer back if we had any questions. But, we know not to trust anyone but Core with our fancy-dancy Rinnai system.

What I love about Core is that they are accommodating, they do quality work and they have integrity. Their online booking system is pretty snazzy and we were in constant contact with the team throughout the project. If you are looking for a plumber team for life, you can find it right here. Core plumbing responded in minutes to my request. Joe came out to move the gas line for our range. He did an awesome job! I would definitely use them again.

My wife and I just completed the sale of our old home and the purchase of a new one. Core plumbing came out and readied the old house with some needed repairs and then performed a thorough inspection and audit of the new home followed up by a comprehensive list of deferred maintenance items left behind by the previous owner. Tim and the entire crew did a great job on all. Highly recommend!

Tim, Kevin, Joey & Joe were extremely professional and got the job done. Very appreciative of their hard work as they spent the whole day at the house trying to resolve the multiple plumbing issues we were experiencing. Unfortunately, I've dealt with a lot of bad plumbing companies over the years, so dealing with Core Plumbing was a breath of fresh air. If you are looking for a good quality plumbing company, you need to use these guys.

Our Tankless water heater quit working around 5PM so we were without hot water. I called the company I normally work with and things did not look good as to when they could get to my house. I called Core Plumbing and they sent someone out the next morning. Kevin, Christian and Eli showed up and diagnosed the system and determined it needed to be replaced.

It was 20 years old so we went with their recommendation. They worked all day until about 7 Pm and when they left it was working great. Listening to them all day they seemed to enjoy their work and did a great job making the end result look and work right. They cleaned up all of the work area like no one had ever been there. I would definitely recommend them for future plumbing needs.

We just had a great experience with this company, thing pay attention to is it's all online. I called to setup an appointment but nobody answered. I left a message and I was quick to receive a text message asking what the issue was and a couple other questions. After that I got another text message where I setup an appointment for them to come out (next day).

They came within their scheduled window, they were quick to isolate my issue and resolve. The price was extremely reasonable and the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. 100% recommend and I'll be saving their number in my phone for future needs. Thanks guys!

I have used Core Plumbing for several projects. They are top notch in quality and customer service. Their plumbers are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They always show up within the scheduled time frame. When there was a small problem that wasn't caught during an installation, they were prompt to return to make it right. What I appreciate about this company is that they do things the right way, instead of the cheap or easy way, so their work lasts! I have met the owners and manager, and they are all experienced and genuine people.

Kevin came out and serviced our tankless water heaters. Afterwards we realized that the water pressure had decreased in our shower, and he came back out and took a look at it, removed some calcification that had gotten stuck in the faucet, and got it fixed right away. He was friendly, professional, and showed up on time. Thanks!

I have nothing but good things to say about Core Plumbing. I have used their services for several years. They do excellent work, are trustworthy, dependable and always professional. The plumbers that recently did work at my home were all very polite, considerate of course did great work. Eli, you did such a great job taking care of the water heater installation, thank you for all your hard work!

Kevin and his team did an amazing job! Extremely professional and was able to explain what needed to be done so I could understand and know the job was being done correctly. Core Plumbing was the second company in to do the work and they fixed many issues I previously had. They repaired/replaced a water heater, pressure regulator, dishwasher and more. Will be using them again!

Greg is a phenomenal plumber! He is friendly, professional, thorough and so helpful. He took the time to draw the basics of how the plumbing works for each needed repair. He examined the issues, even took pictures in very hard to reach areas so the he could show me where work was needed. He then sat down and explained all the options, without trying to sell me on any particular one.

He really wanted me to know what my options were and left it to me to decide which way to go. After I made my decision, he went to work. Ordered any needed supplies, and fixed the things he could that same day. The second day he called to confirm the start time, arrived on time along with another professional, Jake. They went right to work and kept at it until the job was done.

They cleaned up and Greg laid out all of my warranty and use information. Walked me through the repairs and doublechecked with me that everything was working. I couldn't be more thrilled with the work that Greg and Jake performed and with Core Plumbing. They are outstanding! If there were more stars, Core Plumbing, Greg and Jake deserve them all! I'm very grateful to them.

I felt good about Core Plumbing soon after they arrived to provide me an estimate. The plumbers are excellent and have expert knowledge and experience. There's a high integrity and work ethic with them that you don't see much these days. I truly appreciate them. I was provided many options for service, and they answered all of my questions. They listened well and offered advice, and I never felt pressured.

Their pricing is fair and after all the work was performed I felt good about it. I'm really happy with finding Core Plumbing and super glad I hired them. They exceeding my expectations with everything and made my home plumbing much better. Fantastic crew and good vibes. I find myself going outside and out to the garage to admire their work. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!. I needed faucet repair in kitchen, shower and bathroom sinks. 1. Kevin quoted $700 for bathroom sink faucet repair. I had no idea how long repair would take or how difficult the repair would be. Repair completed in 40 minutes. I am shocked at price for minor repair! $1400 hourly rate! 2. Said kitchen faucet was not the proper faucet originally installed.

He recommended a new and different faucet. Quoted a price of $700 to $1,000. I had a different plumber come four days later and fix kitchen sink faucet in about 15 minutes. $50 cost! 3. Said bathroom shower needed a new cartridge. Kevin was supposed to send a quote when he had more info on model. Had a different plumber come. Fixed shower in about 15 minutes.

Nothing else needed. I responded to a request for feedback to Tim (manager) on Wednesday morning before 8:00 a.m. explaining issue with sink faucets. No reply! Called Wednesday afternoon, Thursday morning and Friday morning. Asked to speak with one of the owners. Tim, Grant and Don were all in the field and not available (for 3 days)! This is a company that prides itself on service and responsiveness. What a joke!

I am very pleased with the customer service and ownership involvement with this company. I had some service completed this week, adjusted shower temp and fixed a leak, and was not happy with the price of the service. The service was good and I am satisfied with the work. But. I thought I was charged too much for the service provided. I responded to a customer survey explaining this and received a call directly from the owner, Grant, to discuss the issue I had.

We talked about my satisfaction with the professionalism of the employees, the on-time appt and excellent communication and then service provided and how much I was charged. Grant went on to explain why they have a minimal service charge and why it was what it was and sometimes things are easier than planned. After the good talk and explanation, Grant ended up reducing my bill to what we both agreed would be a fair amount for the repairs completed.

He did not have to do this since I already paid, he could have just left it as-is and went on with his day. I literally received the call about 15 minutes after I completed the survey. I am very impressed with the response to my survey and his willingness to make it right. With all that said, I will be calling them for my next plumbing issue. I recommend you check out this honest, family owned company.

So Core Plumbing just finished my whole house, repiping brand new AquaPEX. I'm so impressed! The level of service and professionalism they provided on both my jobs are top notch! Elijah and Tony were again the leads on this project and I couldn't be more happy! I love their attention to detail and workmanship. Everything turned out great!

I recommend CP to anyone that needs plumbing work. I must add that even the owner (Don) came out on site for half a day to inspect the work. It resonates to me that he cares about his business and his customer's satisfaction. Thank you CP for everything! Hope we don't have to meet again under these circumstances, but I know who to call if things goes sideways. I appreciate you all!

Sink disposal was spraying and leaking water from the bottom of it after I had unjammed it. Sent out for quotes via Yelp but referred companies didn't respond fast enough and the companies that did, couldn't schedule me soon enough. Searched Yelp for plumbers near me and called Core Plumbing. 5 stars for the nice gal who answered the phone to assist especially since there was multiple calls between us that day when I scheduled the appointment and the day of the appointment. (I called on a Saturday afternoon and she was able to schedule me the following Monday between 9am - 12noon). 5 stars for Joe and Eli who came out to fix my disposal on Monday.

They not only took a look at my disposal (which needed to be replaced; they even explained what caused it to break) but they also diagnosed and discussed other potential plumbing issues which included a cracked basket in the left sink, calcification of pipes and joints in the kitchen and bath, the need to replace water valves and, to repair the stop in the bathroom sink.

Being that my home was built in the mid-70's, the sink basket was definitely in need of replacement and although the kitchen and bath pipes had been replaced in 2002 after another plumbing issue, the calcification was bad and replacement was needed. I gave the guys approval to do everything but replace the water valves which will be another appointment. Thank you Joe and Eli for your attention to detail, good work, and bring so personable and thank you Core Plumbing for your great customer service and staff!
