Reached out to Rooter-Man for a clogged drain and they got right back to me. We scheduled an appointment for a 2 hour window. I received text confirmation and a reminder, which I appreciated. The technician, Chandler arrived right on time. He was polite, professional and got our drain cleared quickly with no mess left behind. We'll know who to call next time this happens! We had a soft clog in our septic drain line before the tank. Luis was great to work with. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and just a great guy to work with. He gave us some great information on what was going on and even TV'd the line that showed an offset in the line which was catching TP, etc. Will definitely use the company in the future if need be. Fantastic!

Luis also gave very good advice And proved that he had Full knowledge of plumbing aspects And the array of equipment utilized. I'm using these guys from now on. Very professional and knowledgeable. I had a spare bathroom installed that needed all new plumbing. Luis is a joy to work with. It was a big job and he breezed through it. Cut through the concrete and kept the dust down to a minimum and kept the area clean. Routed all the water piping to the areas that will need it. Installed the sewer lines. Terrific Job! I'm having him install a new water heater next.

Had a leak coming from the main water feed into the house. Poor job done during the initial construction of our home.
