Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value They replaced a fiberglass tub/shower, removed drywall and installation that was supposed to stay, it took over 2 weeks to complete a job that was supposed to take 2 days and a few months later the shower pipe leaked causing over 10k in damage! Of course they wouldn't take responsibility so we're fighting with an HOA and insurance. Service: Shower installation

Made a claim with my home warranty. Chris the technician came to home to fix a leaky shower head and fix sink handles that were completely stripped. From the moment he came to the house he just said not covered not covered without knowing my policy. He did not even bother to call warranty company to find out. So I called warranty company with him here and they said they will cover it.

He was so agitated trying to get out of claim, it was "obvious he did not want to do the work." So home warranty company stated they will send someone else. The rep at warranty company was so surprised hearing Chris talk to her to try to get out of job that they said would cover. "He must hate working. " Fortunately home warranty company is send another plumber and looking at removing them as a vendor so this does not happen to other home owners. If you are using a home warranty do not use this company they just want to collect on the service call and deny your claim.

The home warranty assigned JB Plumbing to fix a leak. The HOA had already called a plumber who made the wrong diagnosis. Chris from JB spent the necessary time to find the actual problems and solve the problem after two failed attempts by other plumbers, with no out of pocket costs. I would definitely use these guys again.

A huge Thank you to JB Plumbing. Not only were they affordable but the education on my plumbing needs today and in the future for my home is much appreciated. The technicians were able to simplify everything for me to understand and save me thousands of dollars. I will not use anyone else! Thank you JB Plumbing

Sad to say I can't give them a star but had to in order to proceed with my review. Four hours have passed since I spoke to the female who took down my information and never heard back from anyone. Oh well, definitely won't be calling them again or recommend them to anyone.

My home insurance sent these guys out to my home due to a clogged drain in my kitchen. They did a really great job They were very persistent, professional and took their time and trying to find the problem. I won't use anyone else from here on out. Thank you.

They came to my house they were rude inexperienced and don't know how to talk to customers. They wanted to rip out my washer and dryer and put a hole in my wall. They were in property for 5 minutes and took my personal belongings ARMY flashlight I called the manager they didn't return my property. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! Mo

JB plumbing is awesome. He always gets out to me quickly and is his prices are very reasonable. I have his magnet on my fridge and know that he's going to do a great job with any plumbing issues that I have in my 1960's home. Thanks JB!

I called JB After my home warranty company sent a plumber who said it could not be cleared. Jb showed up and cleared the line in a reasonable time at a fair price!

JB Plumbing - Did both major and minor work, VERY REASONABLE! Compared to others. Always called to confirm, showed up as promised! And, didn't try to 'up sell' like some others do. Would definitely use again! Highly Recommend!
