I am in the process of selling my home and needed my water pressure corrected and other minor items. I called multiple plumbers since I was on a time crunch. Becks' cost is competitive and they are quick to answering calls and completing the work. The workers kept me updated on the process since I could not be home during the repair. Friendly, efficient, professional workers! I would highly recommend.

Texas Winter Storm left us with no electricity and busted pipes. Knowing plumbers would be overwhelmed with house calls we waited patiently for our turn. We went from having one leak to multiple leaks within our home. Kelli, Carol, Jacob and Cody helped my family in the most stressful moments. They put our minds at ease and reassured us of their work and understanding our situation. I would highly recommend Beck's Plumbing and will continue to use them in the future.

I appreciate the work I had done today by Beck's plumber, Jacob. He was very kind and efficient. He came with a mask after I had expressed to the receptionist, Carol, my desire to have him wear one and that I had a cloth mask I made if he did not have one. I am over 60 so I have been very cautious and have been social distancing as much as possible because of Caronavirus.
Our old toilet turn off was leaking, and the handle and flapper were having problems. Jacob replaced the turn off, handle and flapper and did a great job. I would happily use them again.

I called them at 6:30 tonight because we had a leak and didn't want to wait all weekend to get it taken care of. Jacob came out this evening, was very professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and gave me a few DIY pointers as well. He fixed the leak in our wall and I have no complaints about what we were charged. If you need some plumbing work done, don't hesitate to give them a call. Hopefully I won't need their services again, but if the need arises, they will be my first call.

On 9/11/18, Austin from Beck's Plumbing arrived with regard to our kitchen line clog. Note that both of the adult property owners were present. After briefly describing the problem, and showing the locations of the problem to Austin, he stated (to both of us) "I will run my camera through the line to look for any issues, and clear the clog". We both said "Ok", and Austin walked to his truck.
About 5 minutes later he returned with the Work Order/Invoice with "1 - Sewer Labor $185.00" on it, and again stated he would run his camera to check for issues and clear the clog. We initialed the section under "agreement for service" and he then said "I'll get started". After 10 minutes Austin returned through the back door (without knocking) and stated he needed to test the drain.
He ran the faucet in the sink for about 3 minutes and said that it appeared it was all clear. Austin also added "Oh, I was unable to run the camera because I forgot to charge my battery". He went to put his tools away, and came back with the Work Order/Invoice with the amount due of $225. When asked about the camera, he said I can't do that part. When asked about his verbal statements to both of us, he just shrugged and said "my camera battery is dead".
We paid the bill with a check, and he left. I called and spoke with Carol (office manager) and Randy Beck (owner). Randy said he would speak with Austin and get back with us. When Randy called back he stated that Austin was wrong to not list all of the details of service to be performed and he apologized. Despite the verbal promise of Austin, Randy Beck and Carol both refuse to honor the original price, and expect an additional $275 to run the camera through the sewer line. I do NOT recommend this company due to dishonesty and what I feel is bait and switch.

No one use Beck's Plumbing. They charged me $600 on Wednesday to fix a leak in my shower. Saturday morning it was leaking in the exact same spot (much easier to see now on account of the holes they cut in my sheetrock). They come back out today, and tell me that they think* the shower just needs recaulked and handed me a bill for another $185 dollars. with a quote for nearly $4000 to replace the entire shower.
I refused to pay. It should have been tested by the first guy who came out and charged me 600 bucks for a repair that doesn't appear to have been needed. Long story short: he cussed a bit, said he was calling cops, sat in his van for a few minutes, then sped off.

My daughter dumped a pot of pasta down the drain last night. My wife and I are getting over a stomach virus and were not feeling like disconnecting the drain pipes to clear the clogged pasta. I decided to call a local small town plumber in hopes of getting a FAIR price. The plumber showed up, and promptly disconnected two connections after emptying the sinks of backed up water.
He was kind, and professional. However, after approx. 25 minutes work. He tells me there will be no after hours charge. Great I think. I anticipated a 75.00 invoice. EHHHHH! A WHOPPING $182.00 FOR 25 MINUTES. THAT IS NO LOCAL PRICE FROM A LOCAL COMPANY FROM AROUND THE CORNER.
