We just finished our appointment with Trevor and it was wonderful. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Trevor was the perfect consultant! Not pushy but informative. We have been to so many house appointments and you really start to appreciate people that leave you feeling excited and not overwhelmed! He did a great job at this. We accomplished so much in so little time! We are excited to work with Rick's hardware further.

We have used them as our primary hardware source for custom construction clients for years. The front desk is amazing and absolutely one of the best in the business! If I need help with anything, I get it and it is top-notch! Our rep, Jen, is so knowledgeable, professional, helpful and sometimes goes so far beyond what we need, I have to dial her back.

I love the owners - they love their business and their customers. Everything doesn't always go 100% perfectly, but I've never had an issue with them helping solve any problems. I'm not going to endorse this business as a place to walk-in off the street for help, but for us, our customers and our business, they're a great fit!

I have been waiting on door handles for 2yrs. We paid $$$$ for them, once arrived they were discolored. Finally told them to order different ones that were $$ less. Still not here and the manager is trying to keep our money from the first door handle. The other problem, all of our door knows for the house were ordered wrong and they blamed me for the mistake rather than their sales associate.

They work with builders, so they are a checkbook company just like the builders they work for. Product are horrible and break easily. Tread lightly if you are forced to work with them and demand itemized receipts.
