We had a new toilet and toilet seal installed by My Florida over a year ago as part of a complete bathroom upgrade. Soon there after, we noticed moisture and stains on the floorboards. It took us nearly a year to suspect the seal. I called My Florida to come and bring a neoprene seal (NOT wax). When Phil arrived, he had a wax seal which is not allowed in our building.
He said his supplier only had wax. When he removed the toilet we discovered that the seal installed by My Florida was wax and was leaking - even water under the toilet. He left to find a neoprene seal and returned in over an hour with the correct seal. He did a great job completing the work. We are glad they corrected their mistake and got us up and running again.
Originally we had asked for neoprene and expected that is what we got. In order to discover the leak we had to open our new walls in three places. Now these walls have to be repaired as well- so we appreciate that My Florida covered their end and if they choose to cover the wall repairs as well, that would be the right thing.

Absolutely best plumbing company we have ever used. Everything from the first phone call to job completion was as planned. On time, polite workers that went above and beyond. Getting someone to call you back is difficult and doing a good job is even harder. this company put everyone else to shame. I can't say enough good things about them. Dylan called when he was on his way as I requested. He was friendly, on time, and said he can help me with another project I needed done in the future. Finished the job faster than I thought. Most importantly, I own a spa and the water wasn't shut off for more than 20 minutes or so. By the time the massage therapists were out of service the water was back on. Thank you Dylan and My Florida Plumber! I will use you again and refer you as much as possible :

Jose, the owner answered my call right away and had me schedule for the next morning, a Saturday. His scheduler, Sandy was more than helpful. His technician who came out first thing Sat. Yeah, new water heater! Very professional and fast services. I called on Thursday and it was as scheduled and installed on that Saturday. Jose was very hard working, had to move out both my washer/dryer to get to the water heater, then do all the work and put them back. Very thing working! Thank you, R.F. Clearwater

I just had my hot water heater flushed by My Florida Plumber for the first time and am VERY happy with the quality and professionalism of the work that Jorge performed. Anything I asked about was clearly explained and/or shown/demonstrated. It was implied 2 places elsewhere that the flushing is really not needed/most people don't do it. Jorge pretty much insisted it was necessary and I'm glad he did as even though my unit is only 2 years old, there was so much sediment that came out - almost hard to believe. This service was ALSO recommended on my local Facebook group. I will be using them again as needed!

Ultimately didn't use them because a family member was able to fix our plumbing leak, but Jose & his staff were extremely professional, always answered our calls, and showed up to quote our project exactly when they said they would. We definitely would've used them had a family member not been able to help unexpectedly. Will definitely keep their number to use for future plumbing projects!
