Titanz did a water heater replacement recently. They were fair, honest, and timely. Communications was excellent. Received a text and a phone call when in route. The Caleb did the install and he was cordial and happy and liked his job. He did an outstanding job. The workmanship in the install was excellent and the job site was left spotless.

Service was prompt and professionally provided by Ron to install a dishwasher. We bought the dishwasher from a big (orange) box store. He discovered parts necessary for installation were missing. Ron applied wonderful patient and determined effort to find a way to solve the installation issues we were facing. What should have been an easy installation grew more complicated and time-consuming, but Ron kept at it and successfully completed the dishwasher installation.

He didn't give up when the job became more complicated once the missing parts issue was identified. I really appreciate his "can do" attitude. I commend him for his admirable work ethic.

I work for a very reputable real estate team within the area. Our Team Leader had reached out to Titanz for a plumbing issue at a property and he was BLOWN AWAY by the service that was provided. We are very selective on vendors that we use for our properties and for him to rave about the great customer service, fantastic communication, and the seamless system from start to end says A LOT. We will definitely be using Titanz again in the future for any plumbing needs and recommend them to anyone looking for excellent service.

I have had the occasion to hire Titanz Plumbing & Air Conditioning to solve a drainage issue, replacing an outdoor faucet, and performing some maintenance to my water heater and my water filtration system. Brian handled the drainage issue and Ron cared for the rest of the work. Both gentlemen were professional, informative, and outstanding in their workmanship!

My calls with the office staff were a pleasant experience! I am extremely happy with the care I was provided by the entire Titanz team! Our technician Ken Sr. Was very professional, and up front about what needed to be done and long term vs. short term fixes. They took care of our clogged pipes and left us with recommendations for near future repairs to our plumbing that will need to be done. I know they were honest due to having cast iron pipes. I highly recommend Titanz Plumbing if you want high quality work without being ripped off. And they were at our house within 30 minutes of our call. Great service can't say enough.

Ken Sr. arrived within 35 minutes on a Sunday for an emergency service. He was professional, assessed the most likely problem within seconds, and corrected it and was on his way again within another hour and a half. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Titanz Plumbing from my initial call to the office and Ken's arrival and completion of the work. AND - at a reasonable and very fair cost.

I would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing service and most especially anyone needing non standard working hour service. Plumbing issues rarely happen at a convenient time, but Titanz made the correction on a Sunday at what I considered a surprisingly painless fee. Thanks, Ken.

We had a possible water leak under our homes concrete slab. I called Titanz and Alex came to the house that same afternoon. After verifying that there was a leak he gave us 3 repair options. We decided to go with a whole house repipe. He gave us an estimate and a repair date that we agreed with. The men arrived on time and finished on time. Everyone was professional and respectful of our property.

They did everything they said they would and kept us informed about what they were doing. They also made sure everything was right before the walls were patched 2 days later. They don't patch the walls and they told us that when giving the estimate. We highly recommend the company and would use them again. We want to thank Alex, Ken, Matt, Tommy and Adam for doing a great job. We also want to thank Karen, Heather and Rachel in the office. They are quick to answer the phone and get you the help you need. And they follow up. A rarity in Florida.

Titanz Plumbing did a great job for us by replacing our failing kitchen shared laundry sewer pipe drain system. At first I thought the price quote was too high but our previously problematic slow drain (for years) had matured into a fully clogged drain at the beginning of a weekend and after calling a few other companies Titanz was the only one able to send someone the same or next day (most others' schedules were weeks out at best).

They sent Ben who proved to be thoroughly knowledgeable and experienced. It was a complex job as we asked them to run dual independent drain lines thus separating out what was originally routed under slab via cast iron pipe. They were able to start the job in about four days with most of that time spent waiting for notoriously strict City of North Port permits.

After witnessing how much work was required (those guys worked their tails off!. no less in August & S. Florida.! ) I felt more comfortable with their price and even happier that I didn't attempt it.
