Mr. Water Professional Water Treatment

Scott (Mr. Water) installed a water treatment system in my new home. He did a great job and would highly recommend him to anyone wanting a treatment system. He is very knowledgeable and helps his clients understand exactly what type of issues they have and what he will do to fix the issues. If you are looking for a professional water treatment system, done the right way, give him a call!

Mr Water did an awesome job sorting out both my well tank and water softener system. He clearly knows his stuff he pointed out exactly what was wrong, mistakes that previous installer had done and I got a fair price no surprises. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Scott! He was very responsive, addressed my concerns and answered my questions, and did a great job installing our UV light and fixing our water softener. He pointed out a couple items we should address in the future and we will definitely be calling him for that future job as well!

Scott did an excellent job in repairing my existing softener and installed an additional filter. Very through explaining how to whole water systems works and all necessary information to keep the system operating perfectly. Excellent customer service!

Scott did an amazing job installing a larger acid neutralizer that can keep up with our family's water usage much more effectively than the old equipment. He also added a Big Blue water filter to help with our water's taste and smell. Lastly, when servicing our well tank to improve our water pressure, Scott made us aware of the major corrosion our tank had due to our acidic water.

We are so thankful he discovered that before we had a major issue! Because he wasn't expecting the corrosion, he did not have a new replacement tank in his truck but had a salesperson drive from an hour away just so we could have water that evening! His work is excellent. His knowledge is superior to others we received estimates from. Scott is a man you can tell takes pride in his work and loves what he does. So rare! We are so glad we found him!

Scott Handy knows water filtration and softening like the back of his hand. He installed my system back in December, 2008 following a couple of years of drought in addition to City of Rockville water supply pipe work. I have no doubt my skin and my sinuses benefit from these two water treatments. Today's visit was to reconfigure the softening/treatment sequence, and to replace the softening carbon medium.

During today's visit Scott even offered to install a new shut off valve right next to the system so I no longer have to go down to my finished crawl space to turn the water main off and on when replacing the filtration filter. Any body who is a friend to animals is a friend of mine. Scott Handy will set you straight with optimal whole house water softening and filtration.

Scott did a Great job repairing/rebuilding my 20Yr. old Water Softener. Most companies would only want to replace with a new unit. He also improved my water Pressure during this repair. I would highly Recommend Mr. Water for all of your water needs. Great Service!

Mr. Water was fantastic! He installed our filtration and water softener system in half the time I was expecting. He was very fairly priced but still brought the best components for our custom installation. When he was finished with the installation he walked me through what each component of the system was doing to the water as well as explaining general care and maintenance for the next few years of our system. Would highly recommend!

Scott installed a water softening system almot two years ago and placed most of the system in a non-conditioned (not heated) garage. And I was to rely on a little oil filled heater to make sure the system didn't freeze. Two years later as I am remodeling and I want to use the garage to park my car in. So, I wanted the system moved into the heated basement where it should have been installed all along.

My contractor, the plumber and now the plumbing inspector have all concurred. It shouldn't have been installed in the garage in the first place, and it is against code, and now the inspector won't give a final pass unless it is taken care of. I contacted Scott and all he said was, "Its perfect", and then added his recommendation of "You should just buy a smaller vehicle.

And then to add to this condescension, he replied that I should not bother calling him anymore about this. So maybe its perfect for him, but not for his customer! So, I see some nice reviews, but beware if something goes wrong! He may be like the bad used car salesman who makes the sale, and thats it; he won't be back to stand by his work.

Having issues with my water softener and water pressure, so I call to Mr. Water being he has good reviews on Google, and wow what an experience. After discussing my situation, the guy I am talking to on the phone (presumably the owner since it seems like a one man company) just completely goes full psychopath laughing saying I am "wasting his time" then immediately hanging up on me.

Sure I don't know much about water treatment solutions or plumbing in general, but is that now why we call people like this for getting these problems fixed? What a nut, and it turned on a dime really quick so my advice to anyone out there is even if he seems cordial and professional he is anything but, I wouldn't trust this guy to install a light bulb, let alone a 3500$ water treatment solution.

As a side note after much research, and speaking with other companies, the consensus from practically everyone but this guy is water must be tested then a solution put forth to address certain variables in your water. He insists he will make one visit, without testing your water, and will install his system and be done in one day. Simply sketchy, avoid.

This is long overdue. Mr. Water installed a whole new filtration system/ softener in our house about 9 months ago and he did a wonderful job. Our well water was extremely hard, he knew exactly what we needed from a phone conversation. He came when promised and very efficiently put in the new system. Explained to us how it runs and wow what a difference. Mr. Water is extremely knowledgeable and detailed He sure knows his stuff. 9 months later water is soft and the equipment is working impeccably.

After recently purchasing our first home with a well, we noticed a pungent sulfur odor and issues with iron that would pass a normal water inspection test. After further testing and a lot of research I found Mr. Water & Scott Handy. We spoke on the phone several times and I sent him all the data I had and he came back with a logical, scientific and honest approach to solving our problem.

I had another company quote my issue and not only was their solution more expensive, I can confidently say it would not have solved the issue. Scott's system is efficient and easy to maintain. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail so I can maintain my own system moving forward. The water is now cleaner than ever and has more pressure than I could ask for. 10/10 will suggest to anyone with home water issues. Thank you, Scott!

I highly recommend Scott at Mr. Water to any well owner. He is not a slick salesmen that tries to convince you to buy what you don't need. He's very responsive, pricing was reasonable and installation was top notch. He's even responsive to questions and requests for advice on this or that after installation. Super helpful guy and a true professional.

I had trouble finding the right water system for my home which was suffering terribly from hard water problems. Mr. Water Professional not only counseled me on the system I needed but encouraged me to do my own research so I could feel confident in my decisions. He even told me the things I didn't need, so that I was getting the best bang for my buck instead of being sold more than what my water required.

For the first time in 3 and a half years our dishwasher and washing machine are working right, and our hair and bodies feel cleaner and less dry! I recommend Mr. Water Professional highly!

I would NOT recommend this company for anything. The person that answered my call was the most rude, condescending individual I have ever dealt with. I asked him to test my water and verify that the equipment I had was what was needed. He said he didn't need to test it since he knew the area. I was a state certified water tester for many years and can say with confidence that water quality and contaminates can vary greatly in a very small area. He obviously could care less about his profession or customer service.

I wouldn't use this guy if my life depended on it. Called to have a service call to check on what is going on with my water and he refuses to come out because it was too far, even though it was well within his service area map on his website. Do yourself a favor and pass this asshole up. He has no regard for customer service.

If you're looking for a job well done I would highly recommend this guy. He came in to do a water tank replacement which was desperately needed and got it done in a very efficient manner. Don't believe what some other reviewers say about him he's a very friendly person and has got a lot of experience helping out with water treatment systems. Sure, some prices may seem a bit high but the quality of the finished job makes it worth the money! Without any doubt I would recommend him if you ever need any help with your water treatment systems.

This person is one of the most rude people I've ever had to deal with on the phone. I call them up requesting a water test to see if we have hard water in our new purchased home as part of a home inspection. The person told me that I should know if there was a problem with the water or not prior to me having it tested. I thought that that is the reason why he offered a test of the system to find out if there were problems.

They obviously make most of their money selling systems and not caring for the customers that could possibly be future contacts and referrals. If you are not a water treatment specialist you need someone to guide you through what your water is supposed to be like and signs of trouble to look out for when you are purchasing a new home. If a person is not willing to even talk to you about some of the things that you should keep in mind or look for then they should not be your water treatment specialist.

I don't understand how rude people think that they can get customers to work with them long term when there are so many other options available to the public. I contacted him because he seemed like he was willing to give a lot of information based on online videos I have seen when you finally get to call him you realize that that is not who he really is. Avoid it like the plague.

I would like to give them a 0 star if I could. I was looking for a whole house water filtration system. I found their web site and it looks very professional with lots information. I decided to give them a chance. I called and spoken to one of the guy from their sales department. I asked him some basic question regarding the system/services they provide and what kind of filter system they use.

The guy must be very busy. He told me to get the price list from their web site and told me he was too busy to continue conversation with me. Hmmm. They are too busy for my business, my business will going to their competitors.
