A rep named Paul Cofield came to the house and gave a great presentation on this filtration system. Paul was very professional, tested the water, and explained the system. Presentation lasted a bit longer than what was told to me, but Paul kept the presentation flowing, (and had a good sense of humor to boot)! A HD gift card was given to me for listening to presentation as well. If interested in hearing about this system, request Paul!

Cold called me attempting to get me to let a salesman into my house to test my water. He claimed they have some relationship with Home Depot. I have no doubt the result of the test would be that I need to buy their product. This telemarketing call is a violation of the Federal do not call law, since my number is on the do not call list and has been there since shortly after the list was established. I refuse to do business with anyone who violates the do not call law and I hope others will do the same.

Such and expensive unit. Of course the sales man is super aggressive but really it's the service that is now killing me. They want $170 to come out and fix my faucet portion of my warrantied unit reverse osmosis set up. Bummed out, $1500 for the unit with lifetime warranty meaning it's only warrantied if you pay a ton of money each year to service your unit. It's drinking water not a jacuzzi or pool.
The only reason I even called was because the faucet is leaking puddles of water all over my counter and my kitchen. Nice coming home to a potential flood in my kitchen. Awesome job Rain soft and the company in Victorville Ca is a joke.
