One of the most ignorant retailers I have ever tried to do business with. They want to insult you for asking questions about the products they sell and then challenge you with how they have been doing this longer than I've been alive. Take your business somewhere else

Hired this company to install a wood stove. I had functional and quality problems with the product. This company said they would help but didn't. The quality problem was ignored and the functional problem (smoking) was blamed on me without any proof. They eventually offered to perform a test but then refused to do it, so I paid to have it done, but they refused to acknowledge the results even when the stove manufacturer said the results were very good.

Very poor and evasive customer service. I took them to court to get them to honor the 100% guarantee but the judge said it was a "buyer beware" case. I would avoid this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Promised a call in a few day s and had to call back and was told since they have a new parts manager it fell through the cracks. Charged full price for them to do nothing. Had another company come out after them and the parts that needed to be replaced we actually in great shape and all they needed was actually be cleaned. Stay away from this company

Worst customer service I've experienced in some time. If they treat you like this BEFORE you buy then I can only image how poorly they treat you afterwards. Someone named Tina seemed to think customers were an annoyance rather than those that keep the lights on. You can't run fast enough from this sinking ship.

Probably one of the worst attitudes I've encountered in the service industry. If you like being treated like a 2nd class citizen then this is the place for you. Despite giving them years of business in the past and having a long-term service agreement I will not being using them again. They've taken a 180 and Tina is leading the charge in driving it in the ground.

Terrible experience. Called Day or Night for service on my Harmon pellet stove. On 3/4/21 they came out and did a clean and diagnosis for $367. They said I needed a new pellet feed auger and quoted $481 for the repair. They came out on 3/26 to do the repair. They tore down the stove and found they had the wrong parts. They ordered a new auger motor and pusher arm. Came back out on 4/15 to repair. Tore down the stove and once again had the wrong parts. Ordered parts for the 3rd time and came out on 5/6 to repair the stove.

Once the stove was finally repaired there was an additional charge of $90. So the total for a clean and repair, which the repair in the end took 20 minutes, was $938. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. The tech said he would have the owner call to discuss my issues. They never called.

Day or Night can do it all! Demo of old fireplace, build new fireplace, custom masonry and mantle, install insert and plumb and install new heating units. They worked with us to ensure the new fireplace was just as we envisioned! Beautiful!

I recently had the opportunity to utilize the services of Day or Night Home & Hearth for the maintenance of my old Harmon P61 pellet stove. The company that had maintained it since it was purchased about 18 years ago, downsized and no longer provides that service. We burn between 3-4 tons a year so we are very familiar with the stove. The company sent two technicians, Kevin and Scott, to inspect and service my stove.

They arrived a little early and took precautions to ensure their work space was protected from any ash from the stove as they cleaned it. They did a great job! I plan on using them again at the end of the season and the following season. If you're considering a pellet stove, I can recommend them without reservation.

We LOVE our fireplace and Liz and Jerry made it happen. For over 5 years we'd been looking into getting a fireplace and received multiple quotes. We struggled to find a company that could do it all, and do it at a reasonable price. Day or Night Home & Hearth took care of it all, at a very reasonable price. We had a new fireplace built on a blank wall in only 4 days, with no home disruption. Highly recommend!

Day or Night's team was professional, friendly, and incredibly competent in installing a new fireplace and gas insert. Three days of hard work resulted in a beautiful new mantle, surround, and heath. It exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful experience with Day or Night in converting our woodburning fireplace to a gas insert. We had some issues to figure out as our opening had a brick arch and it took some creativity to get this to work. Elizabeth and Jerry were a real pleasure to work with, and we couldn't be happier. They were responsive and extremely helpful in finding solutions for us, and everyone who came to our house was professional and polite.

It was great to have a company that took care of the permits and the gas and electric connections as part of the installation. All we had to do was sit back and begin enjoying our new gas fireplace. We couldn't be happier with the end results!
