I am so happy with the work Brookman plumbing did at my house! They did an amazing job replacing my old, decaying, seeping toilet stack with a new, sturdy one. They also found a leak and replaced a valve in the shower. These plumbers are professional, knowledgeable and cheerful, the work was not too disruptive and was done in good time. I appreciated how they took great care of every detail. The area was left clear of any debris--leaving behind beautifully installed new plumbing stack. They do an excellent job! Highly recommend Brookman Plumbing to anyone!

Brookman plumbing responded very quickly to my situation, promptly gave me an estimate immediately following their inspection and completed the work exactly on time. They replaced a failed sump pump in a crawl space. Very kind to work with and I would recommend this company and I would use them again. I did not get other bids, so I can not compare pricing.

We had to have a few different unrelated plumbing issues address within a few months. Brookman plumbing came highly recommended and we were not disappointed! The owner answered our phone calls and questions in a timely manner and he was extremely helpful. The employees that came to our house were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and cleaned up after their work was completed.
We had gotten a few estimates for 1 of the issues, Brookman plumbing was not the cheapest, BUT I firmly believe that you get what you pay for! Overall they were absolutely the most professional and knowledgeable from all the businesses we got estimates. Definitely recommend and will be using Brookman Plumbing again!

I have used Brookman twice. Once for the installation of a shower in our master bath and another time for the replacement of a drain pipe in the basement of my mother's home. Each time, Mr. Brookman gave me a quote that was competitive with the other plumbers I had called. Brookman was even able to get me some major plumbing parts cheaper than if I were to order them online or at the big box stores.
Each time, the job was done right, on time and on budget. On one of the jobs, they actually did it for less than the quoted price, because some parts could be reused and the job did not take as long as first estimated. That's the Christian way of doing business.passing along savings when you can and doing the job professionally and politely. "You Can't Do Better Than Brookman"!

They did good work but the amount that was charged to us was astronomical. We used this company because a friend of ours worked there. Thought they would give us a fair price but after asking what other companies charge as an hourly rate realized they were way more. Also, when I went to pay I had to pay a 3% fee for them to run my card or I could send in a check.
This would have been nice to know before payment was due. I also called the day I got the bill to dispute a charge for $150 for a permit fee because we were never told our permit was not sufficient. The day I called to pay the invoice I was told that the charge would not be taken off and that I needed to pay it. Poor communication. As a customer I should have asked more but they also should have provided more information.
