So this is how you do Business.? I call early morning and told I would get a call back to ask what the issue is so that they can come ready to do the work. 3 hours later no call. I call back and told that someone would call me back right away. NOW it's 6:30 in the evening and I call back and what ami told. That they are all booked up for the evening.

Your Google listing says 24 hours. Why lie. I will be talk to my HOA and requesting that this company is replaced ASAP. This is not how you do Business. And as far as emergency calls go, Do yourself a favor and don't call this company.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality They fixed the bathtub drain, then it broke again. When I asked them to come back and repair it, they claimed they never repaired it to begin with. They wanted to charge me again. They charged my elderly mother 2k for a job that took them 30 mins. Not recommending these people to anyone. Services: Shower repair, Faucet repair

Dependable was the 3rd plumber that came to my condo to fix a clogged kitchen drain. The first could or would not fix it and tried to upsell me for additional work costing close to $1,000. The second was honest, but try as he might couldn't unclog the drain. He didn't charge, but I felt bad for him since he tried for an hour and couldn't get the drain unclogged. Derek from Dependable showed up on time and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. Derek is the best. I'm using Dependable from now on.

I will definitely reach out to this company when I need a plumber again. My HOA sent them out to fix my toilet (my home warranty doesn't cover the pipes in the internal walls) that was not flushing due to a clogged pipe that was also affecting my neighbors plumbing. They sent out Adam and man was he a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly, professional and cleaned up afterwards (I was shocked nobody ever does that) he definitely went above and beyond and was also polite and friendly to my neighbors.

He did an excellent job. The person I spoke with on the phone was also very polite and willing to help. If your looking for a company that seems to know what they are doing and from the looks of it treats their employees well, hire them.
