We called Perry Plumbing & Pipelining, they were able to schedule us the next day. We needed our outside bbq area water heater replaced, etc. They were able to see what they needed and Brandon and Cameron came out to my property the next morning to make the repairs. They were very professional and courteous. Their manners were top notch. They told me everything that they were doing each step of the way. They cleaned up the area that they were working in. I manage a shopping center and had a backflow explode, shutting down a restaurant on a busy Saturday. They were out to assess, went and got a new backflow and had it installed within about 3-4 hours. Good communication along the way. Fair pricing. Solid outfit.

Trevor is our Tech. He was on time (big deal to me). Trevor seemed very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose a potential slab leak. He took the time to explain the procedure and time frame. Trevor also dealt with the property managers getting them to agree to the "proper" repairs. I would do business with Perry's in the future due to my interaction with Trevor.

Used Perry Plumbing to line pipes for us in a restaurant and they did a great job. Brandon was very knowledgeable of the lining process and ensured that the job was done well. Technicians that completed the work were great and very professional. They ensured the job was done without interfering with our regular business hours and dealt great with a few "curve balls" that were through at them.

Company went out of their way to service all the way in LA despite being here in San Diego area. Brandon even went out of his way to drive from San Diego to LA, after hours, to ensure the job was completed by the deadline promised. I had Alex and Cameron as my Plumbing Technicians. They were awesome and very knowledgeable. I really appreciated the way Alex explained what they were repairing and why they were making the repairs. Our 65 year old home has been going through extensive renovation and upkeep. The recent full bathroom remodel showed exactly how degraded the original cast iron sewer condition was. Perry provided a free full inspection and offered to either clean or clean and re-pipe in place as a much lower cost than other local services. There was little to no inconvenience during the process and we are very satisfied with their work and professionalism. Highly Recommend if you are thinking of a pipe in place service for your home.
