I have always raved about this hardware store until recently. Apparently, if you get a plumbing estimate from them, never let them know that you have hired another company instead.

We cook out on a Weber Performer Deluxe every Friday at work. To me, this is by far, the best charcoal grill. Last week, we stopped in and purchased one for home. Andrew was very kind & helpful - Thank you!

This place has everything that I'm looking for. I like to come here all the time to see what they have in stock. They have a nice selection of whatever you may need for completing a project, etc.

Rude staff. I wanted glass cut and they directed me towards glass cutters. They were very confused when I explained I wanted them to cut the glass a service which they offer. Glass fit the window which is worth a star.

True Value's web presence showed a battery cell in a 24-pack carton available at Ed Young's for a specific price. Friendly staff, but that qty not only wasn't something they stock, their 12-count package cost substantially more and was dated 2017 or 2018. Seems like classic bait-and-switch, no matter who is responsible.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Very knowledgeable staff. Gave only 1 star less than 5 because slightly overpriced and smaller selection than some of the larger stores but all in all, great little small town hardware store! Will definitely return and would recommend too!

I was having a plumbing problem which I couldnt figure out how to solve it. I was told to go to Ed Young hardware store. It was my first time there. I was impressed with the service and knowledge they had. It was Grant, who help me solve my problem. I live 15 miles away, but Im a new customer now.

I live right by Ed's so I regularly stop in for supplies and odds and ends. They usually have a reasonable selection and are able to provide what I'm looking for. Prices are a bit above average, but that's expected for a local shop. What's causing the lower rating is the parking situation and attitude. I was just there to pick up some parts, but before I went in I was sitting in my car for a minute checking my phone.

Before I even turned my car off one of the employees approached me and started giving me a hard time about parking there. I was in fact there to shop, but before I was able to respond he was telling me I can't park there, then went on to give another lady a hard time about parking. I decided to leave and go somewhere more welcoming, and likely will continue in the future. Between Ed's and Creekside I'm pretty tired of dealing with this every other time I go into that shopping center.
